Study On Poverty Alleviation Relocation In Badong County,hubei Province

Poverty,as a social phenomenon,is a worldwide problem.The eradication of poverty is a goal for which every country is striving.Different causes of poverty require different anti-poverty measures.Because of the harsh natural conditions,weak infrastructure and other "one side of soil and water does not live on one side of the people" caused by poverty,only to change the environment in order to fundamentally get rid of poverty.Therefore,for this kind of geographical environment factors leading to poverty,relocation is the most effective way of poverty alleviation.Badong county,located in wuling mountain area,is a state-level poverty-stricken county.Since the implementation of the relocation policy in2016,Badong county has taken innovative measures in accurate planning,accurate identification,project implementation and safety and quality supervision in combination with the actual situation,and conducted rich practice and exploration.The county has achieved remarkable results in aid-oriented relocation,effectively solving the basic production and living problems of the poor people limited by environmental factors,significantly expanding the income channels of the poor people relocated,the social governance of the communities where the poor people moved to become more scientific,and the sense of well-being of the poor people increased significantly.However,problems still exist in the relocation of poverty alleviation in remote areas of Badong county,such as difficult policy implementation,slow project promotion,poor employment environment and weak sense of belonging of the relocated households.These problems are caused by a variety of reasons,such as the overall level of economic development is still not high,the policy implementation mechanism and personnel implementation ability is not sound,there are differences between the policy and the management object,the poor people’s path dependence and dependence thinking is serious.The relocation and resettlement of poverty-stricken areas is only a small step,and follow-up management,poverty alleviation and sustainable development are the top priorities.Therefore,in order to further consolidate and enhance the effect of the relocation of poverty alleviation in Badong county,and truly realize the transfer,stability and prosperity of the poor people,so as to realize the sound and rapid development of the poor areas,it is necessary to further promote industrial development and improve the economic security of the relocation of poverty alleviation in the poor areas.Strengthen collaborative governance,improve the implementation mechanism of poverty alleviation relocation;Strengthen business trainingand enhance the execution ability of relevant employees;Promote balanced construction and overcome the differentiation of policy management objects;We will increase endogenous driving forces and eliminate the double dependence of the poor.
