Research On The Construction Of Social Security Prevention And Control System Of Internet Of Things In Wenzhou

Since the reform and opening up in China,the process of urbanization has been obviously accelerated,the floating population has been increasing,the urban population has been increasing rapidly,and social security cases have occurred from time to time,which has brought severe challenges to the urban social security management.The quality of social security is not only closely related to everyone’s sense of security and happiness,but also directly related to the stability of the country and the development and progress of the whole society.How to build a perfect social security prevention and control system to avoid or reduce the occurrence of social security cases has become an urgent problem for the government and public security departments.The construction of urban social security prevention and control system needs not only advanced guiding ideology and perfect urban construction layout,but also reasonable application of advanced technical tools to improve the level of social security management.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is clearly pointed out that it is necessary to improve the intelligent level of social governance,and use emerging information technologies such as big data,Internet of things,cloud computing and mobile Internet to realize the accuracy and refinement of social governance.Therefore,in the construction of urban social security prevention and control system,we should make full use of the Internet of things technology,which can realize the information interaction between people and things,things and things,so as to build a comprehensive and three-dimensional information management and control system,and realize the optimal allocation and real-time scheduling of police resources.Thus,the Internet of things technology plays an increasingly important role in the construction of urban social security prevention and control system.Based on the research and field investigation of relevant literature at home and abroad,starting from the current situation of the construction of social security prevention and control system of Internet of things in Wenzhou,this paper finds that the main problems in the construction of social security prevention and control system of Internet of things in Wenzhou are: the application level of Internet of things is low;the ability of basic level prevention and control personnel is limited;the construction of public security platform is not perfect and the information command platform is flexible poor.And further explore the main causes of the problems in the construction of social security prevention and control system of the Internet of things in Wenzhou.On this basis,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of social security prevention and control system of Internet of things in Wenzhou City by using relevant theories: first,to improve the application degree of Internet of things technology,mainly to improve the application of Internet of things technology in emergencies;second,to improve the application of Internet of things technology in damage events.The second is to strengthen the ability training of grass-roots prevention and control personnel,mainly from improving the selection standard of grassroots prevention and control personnel;strengthening the technical training of grassroots prevention and control personnel;promoting the communication and cooperation among grass-roots personnel.The third is to strengthen the construction of the public security platform from the planning and implementation,mainly from the two lines of strict planning and strict implementation to put forward practical strategies to improve the construction of the Internet of things social security prevention and control platform.The fourth is to improve the efficiency and mobility of the information command platform,mainly from mobilizing the enthusiasm of the public security departments;adopting the efficient management mode;establishing the corresponding supervision departments and upgrading the command platform.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical support for other public security departments of Wenzhou City to formulate relevant public security policies.
