Research On The Coupling Coordination Degree Of Bascie Public Service And Economic Development In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration

The cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region communicate in policy,benefit,trade and finance.The connection between them is no longer just a geographical neighborhood,but a city cluster with high synergy and multi-dimensional integration.But from the perspective of the urban agglomeration of the beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration development there are many public service allocation,economic development,such as problems,such as basic education,the construction of infrastructure such as uneven allocation of resources,the regional economic development imbalances,slow development,some cities lack of economic development,such as the new engine coupled coordination through the study found that the public service and economic development for the sustainable development of urban agglomeration,raising the level of public services and the promotion of economic development has important research significance.Comprehensive relevant scholars study experience conclusion,build the beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration of public service and economic development of two subsystems,using entropy method,the comprehensive index method,the coupling model of coordination,spatial autocorrelation,multiple regression and other methods,set up the comprehensive coordination research model of beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration,from 2008 to 2017 of beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration of public service and economic development coordination empirical analysis,the results showed that: First,from the perspective of time sequence and space of public service and economic development,the comprehensive index of public service and economic development of cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is low at the time sequence level,both indexes are increasing,and the gap between them is decreasing.From the perspective of the results from 2008 to2017,the spatial correlation and dependence of public services and economic development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration are relatively weak,but the spatial correlation of development shows a trend of increasing,and the local clustering types also show different degrees of similarity.Second,comprehensive beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration of public service and economic development coupled coordination temporal,spatial,according to the results of two dimensional Angle of beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration coupling coordination in sequential levels showed a larger difference,embodied in beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration coupling coordination index is low,according to the coupling coordination hierarchies,coupling coordination index distribution has three levels,the third level city accounted for 61.53% of beijing-tianjin-hebei 13 cities;At the spatial level,the Moran index is relatively low.The distribution of urban agglomeration coupling coordination has experienced a process from small spatial dependence and large spatial difference to enhanced spatial dependence and controlled spatial difference.Third,comprehensive,according to the results of the return of the various factors influencing factors in addition to the second industry share of GDP,per capita actual use of foreign capital and the interpretation of the coupling coordination relationship was not significant,the rest of the indicators and coupling coordination were appear more significant positive correlation,each year the influence of different factors and explain the positive correlation between variables is different.Based on this,the paper proposes to make up for the shortcomings of development by adopting policies based on the city,and to coordinate the basic differences accurately and vigorously.Coordinating the difference of time and space with multiple strategies and building Mosaic system with quality and quantity;To clarify the difference mechanism of influencing factors,and to coordinate and optimize policy formulation and supervision.
