China-africa Cooperation In New Era

After China entered a new era,the CPC Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core put forward Xi Jinping’s diplomatic thought in the new era.As a major ideological concept of diplomatic thought in the new era,the community of human destiny is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people;As an important part of the concept of the community of human destiny,the community of China-Africa destiny is on the horizon.In the new era,the community of China-Africa destiny contains political,economical and cultural connotations,among which infrastructure construction cooperation,as a direction with traditional history and realistic needs,has become an important realistic starting point for practical theoretical conception,and has been emphasized in all previous China-Africa summits.This thesis focuses on the cooperation in the field of infrastructure in China-Africa cooperation.African countries have full hope for their own country’s development,and the construction of infrastructure is to empower the whole economy.African countries attach great importance to the development of infrastructure,and have made their own efforts in transportation,energy and water conservancy.The cooperation between China and Africa in this field has natural advantages,which not only has a good political and historical foundation between China and Africa,but also has the technology and capital urgently needed by Africa,so the cooperation between the two sides has a closed-loop possibility.Moreover,Africa is a good starting point for practicing China’s foreign policy in the new era,with the principle of "truth and sincerity" as the core,and cooperation with Africa is the embodiment of the concept of "community of human destiny".The cooperation between China and Africa is a new help to the theories of international relations,developing countries’ development and developing countries’ cooperation.The greatest significance is to provide the world with a new idea of cooperation and development,a value based on equality and mutual benefit,solidarity and cooperation,non-interference in each other’s internal affairs,and a new understanding of African countries.African countries are promising,not a collection of failed countries.The core of Xi Jinping’s diplomatic thought in the new era is the community of human destiny.The Chinese thought of sharing weal and woe comes from Chinese classical thought and is endowed with modern significance.This value of "everyone is siblings in the world" and "all countries are equal regardless of size" poses a powerful challenge to the unequal North-South relations and the mercenary values of international relations,which directly impacts the confidence and understanding of Western countries on their own systems.It can be said that after the West has whitewashed an unequal relationship for a long time with countless reasons,China is slowly showing a reality similar to "the emperor’s new clothes" through its own actions.China’s ideological public goods embodied in China-Africa cooperation are the greatest benefits to related theories at the theoretical level.
