| In recent years,with the development of China’s comprehensive national strength,the number of foreigners in China is growing and their demand for long-term residence is also on the rise.At the same time,some of our domestic and international contradictions are also changing,such as the demand for talents in high-tech industries,the decline of fertility rate,etc.Attracting a certain number of foreign talents can help alleviate these contradictions.In February 2020,the Ministry of Justice published “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of Foreigners’ Permanent Residence(Draft for Public Opinion)”.As a result,it drew a lot of public attention and caused a certain degree of social controversy.A good policy should respond to the real needs and help solve the real contradictions.Why there are still some social opinions against the policy,how to improve the policy itself,how to strengthen the connection between the policy and reality,these are the questions this paper wants to study.Through network research,this paper summarized and quantified opinions on the "Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of Foreigners’ Permanent Residence(Draft for Public Opinion)",and pondered the causes of the disputes.In view of the deep reasons,the author combined with the questionnaire data and policy analysis,put forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the management policy of permanent residence.In terms of research methods,this paper uses literature research,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey.By studying the literature and policies,this paper understands the evolution of China’s permanent residence policy.By comparing the similarities between China and other countries in terms of policy,this paper analyzes the characteristics of permanent residence policy in China at the present stage.Through the design of a questionnaire,the survey statistics network users on the permanent residence policy opinions and suggestions. |
