The great changes brought about by the dynamic and informationization of the society put forward higher requirements for the public security work and the construction of the public security team.Therefore,in order to solve these problems that disturb and affect the development and progress of the public security work,and promote the public security work to create a new situation on the new historical starting point,we must seize the historical opportunity and deepen the reform of the public security work.Public security reform involves the adjustment and improvement of many aspects of the public security organs,which makes the police officers in a new public security environment,and the adaptation to the new environment will inevitably produce work pressure.Among them,the updating of the public security work content and the improvement of the system and mechanism make the police face new work content and work mode.The inadaptability to the new environment will lead to negative work pressure,which has a negative impact on the public security organs and the police.On the contrary,the reform measures of preferential treatment of police in the reform of public security make the police produce positive work pressure,which has positive significance for promoting the smooth development of the work of the police.Based on the existing research results,on the basis of combining the introduction of civilian police organization change cognitive this concept,based on the theory of cognitive evaluation theory,positive pressure,the pressure source a pressure experience a result"model,put forward the reform of the public security police work pressure in the formation of the theoretical model and research hypothesis,to seek public security reform pressure source,police organization change cognition and the relationship between the pressure of work,at the same time,based on the theory of organizational support on perceived organizational support in police work pressure influences of formation mechanism analysis,on the above factors,on the basis of the analysis and research of the relationship between design related questionnaire,Through the questionnaire survey to collect data,using the software of SPSS24.0 effective data reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and so on,analyze the research hypothesis,the research conclusion,at the same time according to the conclusions of police work stress management Suggestions on the reform of public security,improve the efficiency of police work,better adapt to the reform of the public security environment.Through empirical research,this paper draws the following conclusions :(1)The pressure sources of public security reform have a positive effect on the generation of positive work pressure of police;(2)The cognition of organizational change has a mediating effect on the pressure sources of police reform and the positive work pressure;(3)Perceived organizational support has a moderating effect on the pressure sources of public security reform and the positive work pressure of police officers;(4)Negative work pressure,positive work pressure and perceived organizational support were adjusted by demographic variables.On the basis of the conclusion of this study,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to reduce the negative work pressure and improve the positive work pressure.
