Study On The Relationship Between Building Party By Ideology And Governing Party By Institution

Building party by ideology was the first generation of collective leadership with Comrade Mao Zedong as the core,which applies the basic principles of Marxism to China’s specific reality,its focus is to cultivate the internal consciousness of Party members and cadres,and strengthen their own political position with sober theoretical cognition.And governing party by institution focuses on the construction of the party’s external restraint mechanism,that is,a country or region manages people,power and affairs by system and makes the majority of Party members reach an agreement in action through the establishment and improvement of the party constitution,party rules,party law,system and other elements.Building party by ideology and governing party by institution are two aspects of the same process of building of Party,they promote and restrict each other,and jointly promote the party’s self-innovation and self-development.The three main aspects of this paper are to accurately analyze and define the historical relationship between building party by ideology and governing party by institution,correctly reveal and clarify the logical relationship between building party by ideology and governing party by institution,and deeply study and explore the practical relationship between building party by ideology and governing party by institution.First of all,this paper simply combs the current situation of building party by ideology and governing party by institution at home and abroad.Then,through the methods of literature research and comparative research,this paper summarizes the source and development of the CPC’s ideas about building party by ideology and governing party by institution,further clarifies the historical relationship between building party by ideology and governing party by institution,deeply grasps the historical law of the party’s own construction,and strives to provide some practical theoretical reference for the realization of the close combination of the two.Secondly,on the basis of the existing excellent achievements,this paper gives a brief overview of the relevant concepts of building party by ideology and governing party by institution,and then expounds the logical relationship between building party by ideology and governing party by institution,which is the premise,promotion and integration of each other,and carries out appropriate integration and planning.Finally,it comprehensively summarizes the practical relationship of the combination of building party by ideology and governing party by institution.The end of the article focuses on how to integrate the whole process of governing party by institution into the whole process of building party by ideology,and integrate the whole process of building party by ideology into the whole process of governing party by institution.And on the basis of realizing the unification of the two processes,we should constantly strengthen the consciousness of Party members and cadres to abide by the system through ideological and political education.This study has profound theoretical and practical significance,and can provide important theoretical support and practical reference for the comprehensive and strict party governance to the in-depth development in the new era.
