In recent years,the continuous update and development of the Internet and 5G technology has given a leap in the development of the Internet of Things industry.In the Internet of Things industry,the development prospects of the Internet of Vehicles industry are unstoppable.As an emerging industry,the Internet of Vehicles industry has a broad development prospect,but there are also many problems in it.For example,the personal information of users is extremely easy to leak.Precisely because of its "newness",it will inevitably bring challenges to the current legal system.Practice has also proved that our country’s existing legal system cannot effectively play a corresponding protective role.At the same time,due to the lag of related academic research,the personal information protection of users in the Internet of Vehicles industry is in an imperfect state.Therefore,this article discusses how our national government protects the personal information of the Internet of Vehicles.This article adopts normative analysis method,value analysis method,comparative research method and other methods to discuss the related problems of personal information in the Internet of Vehicles from the perspective of government protection.First,it analyzes the general situation of the Internet of Vehicles and the necessity of personal information protection.Secondly,it analyzes the problems caused by the Internet of Vehicles from two aspects.On the one hand,the government has not played a guiding role when the Internet of Vehicles has an impact on personal information.This is mainly reflected in: The collection of personal information by Internet of Vehicles is not standardized,and the Internet of Vehicles industry The lack of industry self-discipline for the protection of personal information and the imperfect Internet of Vehicles technology have caused personal information to be leaked.On the other hand,the government has encountered problems in protecting personal information of Internet of Vehicles,which are mainly reflected in the lack of legal guidance for the security of Internet of Vehicles.The government supervision system is absent.Finally,it analyzes the relevant regulations,protection measures and implementation experience of other countries on the personal information of the Internet of Vehicles,and compares and summarizes them,and puts forward recommendations that are in line with our national conditions.In short,by analyzing the current problems of the Internet of Vehicles personal information that need to be solved urgently,regarding government protection,on the basis of learning from the successful experience of foreign countries,a specific system for the protection of Internet of Vehicles personal information will be constructed from the perspective of the government,specifically from the perspective of the government.Laws,regulations,and regulatory models should be strengthened and improved in order to further protect personal information in the Internet of Vehicles industry.
