Under the background of the rapid development of the Internet,the joint punishment of breach of faith has many disadvantages,such as the technical problems of the collection of bad faith information,the lack of Republican application of data between government departments and social institutions and so on.With the rapid development of modern technology,block chains are applied in various fields.At the same time,the state has made great efforts to promote the construction of public credit information platform,and block chain technology has received more and more attention in the construction of credit information platform.The application of the characteristics of traceability and unusurability of block chain can greatly improve the operation efficiency of joint punishment for breach of trust,and has a broad application prospect in solving the practical dilemma of credit information sharing and ensuring the integrity and truthfulness of credit information.The full text focuses on the overall analysis of introducing the blockchain into the application of joint punishment for unfaithfulness.First of all,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of introducing block chain into the joint punishment of breach of faith,and puts forward the challenges that may be faced in the process of application.Secondly,through the summary of the application,it is found that there are still three problems in the application of block chain in the joint punishment of unfaithfulness:technology,management and legislation.Finally,some suggestions are put forward according to the existing problems.
