Study On Service Optimization Of E-government Platform

With the development of network information,e-government platform can realize the sharing of data content,realize the efficient transmission of government information,optimize the management mode of government affairs,and improve the efficiency of modern government affairs.Since Zhejiang provincial Party committee and provincial government has proposed to build “digital Zhejiang”,the emerging government service mode,e-government service,has emerged.In recent years,Zhejiang has gradually realized the optimization and diversification of e-government services,aiming to accelerate the construction of modern government with “overall intelligent governance,only reality and first”.This study takes Taizhou city of Zhejiang Province as an example,through the new public service theory analysis,combined with the access to the users of the government network platform,explores the problems and reasons of e-government service platform,and tries to put forward measures to optimize the e-government platform.This study found that since the opening of e-government platform,government service and performance efficiency has been greatly improved.However,there are also some problems,such as insufficient information disclosure of government service platform,disunity of platform construction of various departments,low convenience of audience,low degree of solving substantive problems and low degree of platform sharing.The main reasons for these problems are that the infrastructure of electronic service platform is not perfect,departments do their own things,administrative thinking has not changed,lack of professionals,laws and regulations are not perfect.In view of these reasons,based on the new public service theory,refined management theory and multi collaborative governance,this study puts forward countermeasures to optimize the platform,strengthen infrastructure construction,strengthen organizational security,integrate various departments,change administrative thinking,strengthen initiative,establish and improve talent introduction mechanism,establish and improve relevant laws and regulations,and improve information security And so on.It is expected that through this research,it can provide reference methods and ideas for Taizhou to improve and optimize e-government services.
