Civil servants are the carrier of the Marine administrative work of water utilities in S city,whose job is to perform the Marine functions of water utilities and to provide public services.However,young civil servants work for a short time and are in an important stage of comprehensive development of career outlook.In deepening the reform of government institutions and mechanisms of the country’s big background,describing the city S water ocean industry young civil servants career satisfaction with the status quo,analysis and research the job satisfaction influencing factors,and puts forward corresponding solving measures,S municipal water ocean industry in responding to the new requirements in the new situation in the process of rapid development,give full consideration to the different characteristics of the new age young civil servants,and put forward improve job satisfaction measures has very important practical significance.Existing strategies for improving career satisfaction from the perspective of organizational support are mostly focused on enterprises,with few studies on government departments,and even fewer on young civil servants in specific government departments.Therefore,this study to perceived organizational support as the research key,analysis its theoretical basis and practice both at home and abroad the status quo,through the 277 S the city water ocean industry young civil servants of case study,analyze the organization instrumental support affective support and superior support for the influence of job satisfaction and turnover intention,and to further enhance the job satisfaction of the young civil servants management countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.The main content of this study is divided into six chapters.The specific contents are as follows: chapter 1 mainly elaborates the research background and significance of this paper;The second chapter defines the core concept and research scope of the research object,expounds the theoretical research progress related to occupational satisfaction and organizational support,and puts forward the research ideas and methods of this study.The third chapter takes the Marine water affairs industry of S city as an example to study the development situation of young civil servants in the Marine water affairs industry in China,and analyzes the overall situation and difficulties of the support from the perspective of organizational support.The fourth chapter describes the relationship between the factors influencing career satisfaction and the measurement of organizational support and resignation intention based on the questionnaire analysis of young ocean civil servants in water supplies of S city.The fifth chapter analyzes the influence of organizational support on career satisfaction and turnover intention from three dimensions of instrumental support,affective support and superior support.Chapter 6 summarizes the research results,puts forward management Suggestions based on organizational support theory to improve career satisfaction of young civil servants in water and Marine industry in S city,and makes future research prospects.The results show that career satisfaction has a significant negative predictive effect on turnover intention.Each dimension of organizational support has a significant negative predictive effect on dimission intention,among which instrumental support has the strongest predictive power on dimission intention,while affective support has the weakest predictive power on dimission intention.Organizational support plays an intermediary role in the influence of career satisfaction on turnover intention.The study on the research perspective and research content to expand the young civil servants perceived organizational support perspective of job satisfaction research,enrich the organization support each dimension and the study of relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention,and also for young civil servants organizational support management practice provides certain theory basis,has the practical significance.
