Research On Current Situation、Problems And Counter Measures Of Forest Public Security Law Enforcement In Toketo County

As an important team to protect national forest resources,forest police are mainly responsible for cracking down on illegal and criminal acts that destroy national forest resources and protecting national forest and wildlife resources.Forest public security has made important contributions to safeguarding national ecological security.Tuoketuo County has lush forests and beautiful aquatic plants.Since ancient times,it has not only been a good place for human labor,living and reproduction,but also a place where wild animals inhabit and move.However,with the continuous expansion of the scope of human activities and man-made destruction after the reform and opening up,the native vegetation in the territory has been continuously destroyed,and the acts of destroying wildlife resources such as deforestation,indiscriminate hunting,unauthorized change or occupation of forest land have been repeatedly prohibited,and forest fires have occurred from time to time.The administrative law enforcement of forest police is faced with various challenges,which are not conducive to the administrative law enforcement of forest police.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the present situation,problems and countermeasures of administrative law enforcement of forest police.In this paper,the methods of literature analysis,case analysis,comparative study and field questionnaire survey are used to study the administrative law enforcement of forest public security at home and abroad.With the forest public security reform as the background,the forest public security in Tuoketuo County as an example,combined with my own work experience,There are six problems in the current administrative law enforcement of forest police,such as weak law enforcement force,low quality of law enforcement subjects,unclear law enforcement powers and responsibilities,improper use of discretion,unsound work style and barriers to departmental cooperation.The causes are systematically studied from five aspects,such as unsmooth talent recruitment,imperfect training mechanism,imperfect related laws,inadequate ideological understanding and unclear law enforcement departments.Finally,the forest in Tuoketuo County is learned from the reform experience of foreign countries and other places and combined with my own work practice.In this paper,the methods of literature analysis,case analysis,comparative study and field questionnaire survey are used to study the administrative law enforcement of forest public security at home and abroad.With the forest public security reform as the background,the forest public security in Tuoketuo County as an example,combined with my own work experience,There are six problems in the current administrative law enforcement of forest police,such as weak law enforcement force,low quality of law enforcement subjects,unclear law enforcement powers and responsibilities,improper use of discretion,unsound work style and barriers to departmental cooperation.The causes are systematically studied from five aspects,such as unsmooth talent recruitment,imperfect training mechanism,imperfect related laws,inadequate ideological understanding and unclear law enforcement departments.Finally,the forest in Tuoketuo County is learned from the reform experience of foreign countries and other places and combined with my own work practice.
