| As our country has entered an aging society,our country attaches great importance to the issue of elderly care for the elderly.As one of the main elderly care models,community smart elderly care plays an important role in coping with an aging society.If we develop the community smart elderly care model vigorously,on the one hand,it can improve the level of social harmony and stability,and on the other hand,it makes the elderly have more sense of gain and happiness.From the perspective of theory and practice,it is necessary to evaluate the quality of community smart elderly care service with the help of evaluation models and evaluation methods,and analyze the existing problems and reasons.Therefore,this article combines the reality of the development of smart elderly care in Baotou’s communities,draws on existing research results,uses a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and takes Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,Welfare pluralism,and Social support networks as theoretical basis,established an evaluation index system for the quality of Baotou’s community smart elderly care service,which has been divided into four primary indicators:meal assistance,medical assistance,pleasure assistance,and nursing care,and 20 secondary indicators based on the SERVQUAL model.The weight of each indicator is determined through the analytic hierarchy process,and the quality of smart elderly care service in Baotou’s community is evaluated using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation results reflect that,on the whole,the quality of community smart elderly care service in Baotou City is relatively satisfactory,but there are still shortcomings needed to be improved.The research results reflect that there are some problems in the community smart elderly care service in Baotou City,such as monotonous service content,uneven service quality,lack of service personnel and limited equipment functions.This article makes an in-depth analysis of the reasons from the perspectives of weak financial foundation,distance accessibility,unsound talent attraction and incentive mechanism,and difficulty in technological innovation.We believe that the quality of service can be improved by improving the policy system and stabilizing the system foundation;broadening financing channels and increasing investment;enriching service entities and enhancing social participation;paying attention to service quality and optimizing smart elderly care. |
