Research On The Participation Of Inner Mongolia Network Social Organizations In Social Gavernance In The New Era

The modernization of national governance system and governance capacity is the overall goal of the party and the state in the field of social governance,and is the direction of doing a good job in social governance related work.Based on the new stage,the main body of participating in social governance is more and more diversified.The network social organizations,which used to be regarded as the objects of management,are becoming more and more important subjects of social governance.The direct and leading role of the government is weakening,and the diversified participation is increasing.Among them,the network social organization has many advantages in social governance,which can be more practical and secure to solve contradictions,and become an important governance subject for all parties to play the role of CO governance.In this paper,through the research on the participation of network social organizations in social governance,combined with the new public service theory,social action theory,polycentric governance theory and other academic ideas,we comprehensively explore the realistic path of the participation of network social organizations in social governance in Inner Mongolia.This paper starts with the explanation of the related concepts and theories of network social organization and social governance,analyzes the realistic power and function of network social organization participating in social governance,introduces the basic situation and work effect of current network social organization in Inner Mongolia,points out the existing problems,and analyzes the reasons.At the same time,it pays attention to the research on the work of network social organizations in Wenzhou,Singapore and other developed regions at home and abroad,sums up the experience and enlightenment,and puts forward five countermeasures such as party building guidance,precise positioning,system design,giving full play to advantages,and regulation and supervision in combination with the actual situation of Inner Mongolia,hoping to better participate in social governance for network social organizations in Inner Mongolia,The modernization of social governance system and governance capacity provides new directions and paths,and accumulates experience and practices for the development and governance of network social organizations in other regions.
