In 2018,the No.1 document of the CPC Central Committee clearly proposed the "Implementation of Rural Revitalization ’Action by Women’",which regarded rural women as an important force to realize rural revitalization. However, the development of rural women is still hindered by various factors.Non-governmental women’s organizations can promote the process of rural spiritual civilization construction. Therefore, whether to participate in nongovernmental women’s organizations is directly related to the development of rural women and the realization of the goal of rural revitalization. However, this study is not rich enough by scholars at home and abroad.Based on the relevant influencing factors of rural women’s participation in non-governmental women’s organizations, this paper proposes countermeasures to promote rural women’s participation in non-governmental women’s organizations,so as to improve the public participation ability of rural women and make them better become the main force of rural revitalization.Based on the basic elements of the interaction model between individual initiative and social structure in evolutionary economics, namely individual behavior, cognitive model, institution and social culture, this paper proposes four types of influencing factors.Among them, individual factors are mainly demographic variables, including age, education level, ethnicity and personal annual income. The object factors include the behavior of husband, relevant government departments and non-governmental women’s organization; The cognitive factors include male and female ability level cognition, male and female family status cognition and understanding degree of organization; The institutional factors include laws and regulations and the implementation of property rights reform. In combination with the existing problems of rural women’s participation in non-governmental women’s organizations, such as lack of personal ability, lack of social support, limitation by traditional gender concept, and imperfect system construction, the research hypothesis is put forward. The results show that:(1)Among the individual factors, the education level and personal annual income of rural women have a significantly positive impact on their participation in non-governmental women’s organization.Age and ethnicity have no significant effect on rural women’s participation in nongovernmental women’s organization.(2)Among the object factors, the attitude of the husband, the degree of government support and the frequency of organizing activities have a significant positive impact on rural women’s participation in non-governmental women’s organization.(3)Among the cognitive factors, rural women’s perception of their family status has a significant positive impact on their participation in non-governmental women’s organization. The degree of understanding of the organization and the cognition of women’s ability level have no significant influence on their participation in non-governmental women’s organization.(4)Among the institutional factors, the relevant laws and the satisfaction with the reform of collective property rights have a significantly positive impact on rural women’s participation in non-governmental women’s organization.According to the research results, some suggestions are put forward to improve the education level and economic income of rural women,to strengthen the government’s support for non-governmental women’s organization,to enhance the attraction of non-governmental women’s organization,to strengthen the publicity and education of gender equality,to improve relevant laws and regulations, and to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of rural women in the reform of rural collective property rights system.
