Research On The Strategy Of Enhancing The Execution Of Inner-party Laws And Regulations

The execution of system has always been the focus of scholars’ attention.We must attach great importance to the ability to enforce Party laws and regulations,which is essential to governing the Party with strict discipline and discipline.Enhancing the enforcement capacity of Party laws and regulations is an inevitable requirement for improving the system of enforcement of Party laws and regulations in China,and an important part of promoting Party governance in accordance with rules.At present,China is in a new period,and the inner-party laws and regulations have made new development in the new period.The execution of inner-party laws and regulations has become a new research object in the new period.This paper focuses on the concept of inner-party laws and regulations enforcement,principles summary and analysis of the relevant empirical research,in view of the inner-party laws and regulations enforcement of the existing problems,proposed to solve the problems and countermeasures,so as to improve the inner-party laws and regulations enforcement and strict governance of the party to open up new ideas.The body of this article includes four parts:The first part is the theoretical analysis of inner-party laws and regulations enforcement.By summarizing the connotation characteristics,theoretical basis,basic principles and the significance of enhancing the execution of internal laws and regulations,this paper provides the premise and foundation for the following discussion on improving the execution of internal laws and regulations.At the same time,it summarizes and analyzes the factors that affect the execution of internal Party laws and regulations,which lays the necessary groundwork for the solution of the implementation of internal Party regulations.The second part analyzes the current status of inner-party laws and regulations implementation through partial data and summarizes various problems in the process of inner-party laws and regulations implementation from three perspectives.The third part analyzes the causes of all kinds of problems on the basis of the previous part,and analyzes the formation reasons of insufficient executive power in the Party from multiple angles,various aspects and multi-levels.The fourth part on the basis of the previous several parts of the targeted proposed to enhance the implementation of the Party’s laws and regulations ideas and programs.The four parts closely revolve around the problem of the execution of the party’s laws and regulations,and discuss the content of the article by introducing the concept,finding out the problem,analyzing the causes and putting forward the method of solving the problem,in order to ensure the promotion of the party’s laws and regulations enforcement and put forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures.
