Organizational Mobilization,Identity Recognition And The Endogenous Development Path Of Rural Communities

This paper investigates the development history of Yuanshen Village in the past ten years and finds that Yuanshen Village has explored an endogenous development path based on its own resources and effective integration of external resources through continuous practice.Yuanshen Village tried to transform from primary and secondary industries to tertiary industries in early 2007.At this stage,Yuanshen Village actively uses local resources,puts forward the development concept of "farmers defend food safety" and "build Guanzhong folk custom experience site",and actively integrates local cultural resources,human resources,and collective funds to promote community rural tourism’s development.In order to mobilize residents to actively participate in the industrial transformation of the village,Yuanshen Village has adopted measures such as meetings to discuss,go out to study,let party members and cadres to lead the residents,etc.,to achieve all-round mobilization of the village,which lays a good social foundation for the collective integration of various resources in the community.Secondly,in terms of integrating external resources,Yuanshen Village adopts the early-stage model of "discharging water and raising fish" and constructing human relations.After the merchants make profits,they will carry out shareholding reforms to establish the interest-relationship between the village and the merchants,so that Yuanshen Village can effectively integrate the external.At the same time of resources,it can obtain continuous benefits of development.In order to fully mobilize the orderly participation of the masses and reduce the cost of supervision and management of the market,Yuanshen Village organized farmhouse associations,snack street associations,and cooperatives to allow villagers and merchants to participate in the management activities of the village market in an orderly manner and maintain the market.With the continuous expansion of Yuanshen Village’s market platform,Yuanshen Village controls key resources through the village collective economic organization,formulates market rules around the core concept of village development,gives full play to the village’s autonomy,and realizes the village-to-community market.It can be seen that according to the needs of social environmental changes and development stages,Yuanshen Village actively exerts the village’s own subjectivity,and through various forms of innovation,it effectively integrates internal and external resources and realizes the endogenous development of the village.By analyzing the overall process and development experience of Yuanshen Village’s endogenous development,this paper extracts feasible paths and practical mechanisms for rural communities to achieve endogenous development.First of all,in the process of practicing endogenous development,rural communities need to organize and mobilize the community in multiple forms,multiple levels and all-round so that community residents can fully participate in the affairs of the village’s social development.This is the endogenous development of the community’s social foundation.Secondly,it is necessary to carry out work on the unification of development concepts,the construction of human relations,and the connection of psychological bonds to construct the cultural identity of the local people.Only when they have a sense of cultural identity for the community,can residents truly have the inherent motivation to continue participating in community development affairs,which is the source of spiritual power for the endogenous development of rural communities.Thirdly,based on the organization and mobilization of rural communities and the construction of residents’ cultural identity,the community’s subjectivity is activated,and the foundation for community-led integration of various internal and external resources in the community to promote the sustainable development of community industries and build the economic basis for endogenous development.Finally,when the community’s own advantageous industry is formed,it is necessary to give full play to the intermediary role of the village collective organization,actively connect with the market,and give full play to the main body of the community,grasp the leadership of the community,and structure the endogenous development of the community’s organizational basis.In summary,this article further points out that in the process of endogenous development practice in rural communities,it is necessary to protect the community’s "right to decide on specific development projects","right to control the development process",and "right to enjoy the ultimate development benefits".The power of the country is the key to promoting the endogenous development of rural communities,and it is also a necessary guarantee for the realization of my country’s rural revitalization strategy.
