Research On The Governance Of Folk Belief Places In Ruian City

As an important component of the modernization of social governance system,the governance of folk places of belief plays a huge role in society,politics,economy and culture.In the new period,it is an important content to promote the modernization of China’s social governance system how to perfect the governance of folk belief places,further guide and give full play to the positive role of folk belief,and make folk belief adapt to the socialist society.At present,a set of mature theoretical basis has not been formed for the governance of folk places of belief,and local governments at all levels also lack an authoritative governance model.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the governance of folk places of belief.This paper takes the governance of folk places of belief in Ruian City as the research object,according to social solidarity theory,collaborative governance and two kinds of order theories,and adopts literature research method,case analysis method and comparative research method.Firstly,this paper discusses the governance status quo of folk places of belief in Ruian City,then analyzes the problems and causes existing in the specific governance process,and finally puts forward measures and suggestions to improve the governance of folk places of belief in Ruian City based on the successful governance experience and enlightenment of relevant domestic areas.Through this study,it is hoped that it can provide some ideas and methods for the governance of folk belief places in Rui’an City,and also provide reference for the governance of folk belief places in other places across the country.The results show that:(1)There are some problems in the governance work of folk belief places in Rui ’an,such as imperfect governance mechanism,poor social cooperative governance effect,weak legal basis,and endless illegal and chaotic situations in places.(2)Suggestions are put forward to improve the governance mechanism of folk places of belief in Rui ’an,actively build social collaborative governance,constantly improve the rule of law infrastructure,and strengthen the legal governance of illegal and chaotic situations in folk places of belief.
