While the problem of providing for the aged has become the focus of social attention,the first generation of one-child parents in Taiyuan has entered the ranks of the middle-aged and the elderly,and the first wave of providing for the aged will come to Taiyuan during the 14 th five-year plan.Judging from the present family structure,with the generational change,the family size in Taiyuan has gradually become smaller and more core,and the children’s care for the elderly has become more and more inadequate,and the intelligent home for the aged is the result of the combination of the technology and the current needs of the aged.The outline of the 14 th five-year Plan for Taiyuan’s National Economic and social development and the 2035 long-term goals,released by the 2021 of Taiyuan in April,clearly sets out the establishment and improvement of a household service system,we will accelerate the building of a family service information platform to provide multi-functional and cross-regional services.We will vigorously develop family visits,home delivery,and meals on wheels.We will create a "15-minute old-age Care Service Circle" and actively develop smart home-bas00.ed care for the elderly.China’s over-60 s are accelerating their embrace of digital life,and some of them are beginning to "touch the net," according to Alibaba’s digital life report for the elderly released in 2020 eleven.The elderly are embracing new things,which has provided impetus for Taiyuan to step up efforts to develop smart home care for the elderly,and has also helped Taiyuan respond to the population ageing and get ahead of the game,to meet the first wave of retirement services to win a valuable window period.The development of intelligent home care in Taiyuan is not only the innovation and development of the old-age care mode,but also a "good medicine" to solve the mismatch between the supply and demand of the old-age care market,for the wisdom of the home for the aged "fly into the ordinary people’s home" has an important practical significance.Based on the theory of balance between supply and demand,the theory of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and the theory of welfare pluralism,the paper analyzes the current situation,influencing factors and utility effect of domestic and foreign scholars on the intelligent home care for the aged,this paper gives a clear definition of the concept,contents and characteristics of Taiyuan’s intelligent home care system for the aged.Using PEST model,it is found that the elderly population in Taiyuan is growing rapidly,the development of the elderly service industry is relatively lagging,and the wisdom of the elderly can not solve the core demands of the integration of Health and leisure,the accessibility is low,the use effect is poor,and so on.Then,using a questionnaire,220 valid data were collected from four population concentrated communities in the Yingze District and Wan Berlin districts of Taiyuan.A descriptive analysis of the elderly’s marital status,living conditions,self-care status,acceptance of intelligent devices and intelligent services was conducted,and Pearson Correlation Analysis was used,by examining the influencing factors of smart home care for the aged,it is found that with the increase of age,the elderly are more and more willing to use technology to improve their old-age care living conditions;And the elderly pay more attention to the price and convenience of the smart home equipment and service,and there is a strong relationship between the elderly’s willingness to accept the smart home equipment and their unwillingness to burden their children and so on.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the typical cases of smart home care at home and abroad,it is concluded that the development of Smart Home Care in Taiyuan should start from four aspects: government,market,society and community,so that all of Taiyuan’s 758,600 elderly people will be provided for,supported,happy and secure in their old age.We should strengthen the management from the source,enhance the sense of safety,improve the quality of service,so that every elderly can live a peaceful,quiet and comfortable life,and can live a long and happy life.
