Research On Grid Governance Of Fengman District Community In Jilin City

Urban community,the basic composition of society,is the focus of grassroots work to develop the object.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to strengthen the construction of community governance system.Focusing on grass-roots development and strengthening community building can not only improve people’s sense of happiness and enable them to live a better life,but also better solve the development problems in economic and social transition.In recent years,Fengman District of Jilin City has established the characteristic brand of "Fengman livable and migrated to Fengman".Nearly 10,000 households migrate to Fengman every year,and the permanent resident population in the city is now about 150,000.The gathering effect of residents is prominent and the community scale continues to expand,which puts forward higher requirements for the community governance ability of Fengman District.In the context of the wide application of big data,how to break through the institutional barriers of community governance,combined with the construction of digital information,to provide community residents with high-quality,convenient and family-friendly governance is an urgent issue of The Times in front of Fengman District.This paper is divided into six chapters.The introduction elaborates the research background,theoretical significance and practical significance of the subject,summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,and introduces the research ideas,methods,innovation points and shortcomings of the paper.The second chapter introduces the basic concepts closely related to this paper,and briefly summarizes the theoretical basis of its application.The third chapter introduces the basic situation of Fengman District in Jilin City,analyzes the current situation of grid governance in Fengman District,summarizes the governance effect and points out the existing problems.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the existing problems.The fifth chapter analyzes the successful experience of community grid governance in advanced areas of China and gets enlightenment from it.The sixth chapter puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions according to the actual situation of Fengman District.
