Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Noncommissioned Officers Of A Detachment Of The Military Police In T City

The ranks of non-commissioned officers are an important force in the construction of the armed police forces and play an important role in carrying out diversified tasks and the overall construction of the troops.Especially in the frontline units at the grassroots level,the non-commissioned officers,as a "strong pillar",play an important role in duty training,security and service support,and provide strong talent support for the construction of the grass-roots units.At present,the construction of the armed police non-commissioned officers has gradually received enough attention and the development prospects are better.However,for the grass-roots non-commissioned officers,due to the grass-roots force management model,first-line implementation of the pressure and other factors,it has to some extent shown that the energy migration,negative work,lack of ability and other issues,which shows that the current incentive mechanism can not achieve universal results.Therefore,this paper studies how to solve the motivation problem of the grass-roots noncommissioned officers more scientifically and reasonably,and to mobilize the enthusiasm of the grass-roots noncommissioned officers.This paper combs the related research results of incentive object,related factors and incentive mechanism,and introduces the theory of double factors,attribution theory and comprehensive incentive theory as the theoretical basis of this paper.Taking the A detachment as an example,through a large number of questionnaires,reference materials,and discussion,the paper analyzes the motivation status quo of the grassroots non-commissioned officers of the Armed Police Force and analyzes the eight existing problems and reasons.According to the five principles of upholding combat effectiveness standards,fairness,putting people first,seeking truth from facts,and being permanent and regular,a comprehensive incentive model for the basic ranks of the armed police force has been established.and a relatively complete incentive mechanism for the basic ranks of the armed police force has been designed.Combined with the problems found,eight supporting measures are put forward.The study of this article takes into account the reality of the armed police grass-roots units,and follows the current situation of strict rule of the military according to law,which has certain reference and reference significance for improving the construction level of the armed police grass-roots non-commissioned officers.
