| Under the background of the rapid advancement of the aging process in China,the domestic demand for the aged continues to increase,and the service and products for the aged living in China emerge as the times require in the market,and are favored by more and more elderly people.In order to seize the opportunity of the rapid development of silver economy,some organizations and enterprises all over the world have started to promote "living style" pension services and products to attract the arrival of the elderly.Hainan a health care center is also the first enterprise in China to implement the "living style" elderly care service,giving full play to its excellent health conditions,which can bring more comfortable and excellent living services to the elderly.However,although the living service level of a health care center is relatively high,there are still some problems in marketing,such as the inaccurate positioning of marketing,which affects the development of its own "living" elderly care service,and it is of great significance to strengthen its marketing management.Based on the analysis of the current marketing situation of the "living style" elderly care service in Hainan a health care center,combined with the 7PS marketing theory,it is found that there are five problems in the quality of the marketing team,the quality of the marketing content,the marketing path,the marketing positioning and the marketing management.Then it adopts the method of questionnaire to investigate the basic situation and market demand of the "living style" pension service market,and clarifies the market demand for the "living style" pension service.Combined with the problems existing in the "living style" pension service marketing of Hainan a health care center,it puts forward some health care of Hainan a from seven basic service elements of "7PS" In the end,the paper puts forward several security measures,such as optimizing the structure of marketing team,setting up marketing management organization and strengthening multiple cooperation development. |
