A Study On Building A New Relationship Between Politics And Business In Guang’an

The relationship between government and business,as a kind of Relations of production,is a comprehensive embodiment of the relations involving power and capital,government and market,administrative governance and business operation,rule of law and anti-corruption,government workers and businessmen,etc..It is an urgent need for high-quality economy to establish a healthy relationship between government and business,and it is also an inevitable requirement for building a modern government governance system.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)puts forward that a new relationship between government and business should be established to promote the healthy development of the non-public sector of the economy and the healthy growth of the non-public sector.From the situation in Sichuan Province,since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the relationship between government and business in Sichuan has undergone significant positive changes under the influence of such factors as deepening reform in an all-round way,administering the country in an all-round way in accordance with law,exercising strict governance over the party in an all-round way,and the new normal of the economy,but there are problems.Our province ranks 14 th in the 2018 comprehensive ranking of the country’s business environment by provinces released by the Wanbo New Economic Research Institute.Our province ranks 12 th,behind Guizhou,in the 2020 ranking of the health index of political and business relations released by Renmin University of China,none of this matches the position of the country’s sixth largest economy.The relationship between government and business is influenced by the development mode,development stage,social environment,political ecology and so on,the double uncertainties brought about by the economic transformation period,the new pneumonia and the international situation have broken the original economic order,the order of political and commercial exchanges,and their respective inherent operating logic,under this situation,it is a new task for us to study how to construct the relationship between government and business,and how to link up and combine all the factors of government and market effectively.Especially from the grass-roots,the following perspective on the relationship between politics and business from the relative "shortage",therefore,this paper selected the issue of political and business relations in Guang ’an as the object of study,to explore the construction of a new type of grass-roots political and business relations,to study and reveal the basic problems,basic relations and basic laws is not only of academic value,but also of practical significance for the construction of new political-commercial relations and the promotion of sound economic development.The thesis is composed of Seven Parts: Introduction,theory,current situation,problem reason,external reference,countermeasure and suggestion.Mainly selected the literature method,the case study method and so on,through the use of interest-related theory to carry on the research.The first part of the introduction,including the background of the question,the significance of topic selection,Literature Review,research ideas and so on,for the following papers to lay a good foundation for research;The third part evaluates the current situation of the relationship between government and business in Guang’an,and describes the environment of the relationship between government and business from the aspects of practical experience,effectiveness and existing problems The fourth part analyzes the causes of the problems in the relationship between government and business,discusses the regularity and internal logic of the problems from the surface to the inside,and the fifth part compares and analyzes the domestic and foreign models of the relationship between government and business to provide reference for solving the problems The sixth part discusses the countermeasures and suggestions of constructing the new-type relationship between politics and business in the new period,and provides a solution to the problem of the relationship between politics and business in line with the reality of Guang’an,and the future development of the relationship between the government and business prospects.
