Public security has become one of the most serious problems in the complicated changing world.Urban development in China leads the population density and population mobility increase.It raises potential security risks.However,traditional security control systems have some limitations,such as low real-time data,insufficient processing capacity and weak expansion ability.This paper takes a large-scale security management and control project in a city as the background,studies and implements the security control system based on big data,aiming at the situation that the traditional security control system is less intelligent and informative,the docking ability between systems is weak,and the information island is serious.The paper investigates the actual situation of information-based public security management in this city and divides this system into five modules: police resource management,security plan management,video monitoring management,system management and traffic statistical analysis module.The police resource management mainly achieves the maintenance of basic information of police resources,the dispatch of police resources in headquarters and the management of related police equipment,which improves the overall processing capacity of this system;security plan management mainly realizes the editing functions of the plan library and the assignment of related plans;the management of video monitoring is mainly for the control area real-time monitoring of streets and warning of camera abnormal state;Integrated management of the system mainly includes system-level basic functions such as system roles,users,basic information,operation logs and realizes the system’s security access control.Traffic statistics module identify the real-time foot traffic and vehicle flow in the control area,and the prediction of the foot traffic in the next week.The system input the collected data into the machine learning model after cleaning,integration,analysis and other steps to get the results,and visualize it in the form of linear and column charts,so as to facilitate operator monitoring.This system uses the B/S architecture mode for design and development,and information exchange between Web and mobile App.The front-end uses the Vue.js Framework,back-end uses Spring Boot framework,and the data storage uses HBase,MySQL,Redis to meet the needs of different scenarios.HBase stores large historical data and provides data support for traffic forecasting models;MySQL stores basic data and data with high real-time requirements;Redis serves as a cache database to improve the access speed of the system.The forecasting function uses historical traffic data as training set and stochastic forest algorithm to predict the traffic in the next week,which has a good effect.The research of this system improves the intelligence level of this area,provides convenience for local security control,and has a certain practical significance for protecting the safety of people’s lives and property.
