Study On The Influencing Factors And Optimizing Countermeasures Of Social Integration Of International Migrants In Nanning

With the continuous improvement of the degree of opening to the outside world and the level of economic and social development,Nanning has attracted more and more international migrants to work,study and live.On the one hand,Nanning is facing a major historical opportunity to further expand its open development,optimize and upgrade its industrial system,and promote economic and social transformation.Active immigration management measures are needed to better cope with international talent competition.On the other hand,the increasing number of international migrants has also brought great integration pressure to the local society.Whether international migrants can properly integrate into local society and whether they are willing to live for a long time is not only related to the implementation of the talent introduction strategy,but also to the relationship with local residents,even the local security situation and social stability.Therefore,it is of great significance to government departments to sort out the social integration situation and existing problems of international migrants and to take active optimization measures.At present,most of the domestic studies on the social integration of international migrants focus on the first-tier cities,such as the north and Guangzhou,and there are great differences between the cities in the central and western regions in terms of economy,society,culture,and the composition of international migrants.This thesis takes the social integration of international migrants in Nanning as the research object,which is innovative and has theoretical reference significance for other central and western cities.This study mainly tries to answer the following questions :1.how to analyze the problems existing in the integration of international migrants in Nanning? 2.How can empirical analysis be used to verify the relationship between the social integration of international migrants and the various influencing factors? 3.How to explore the optimal countermeasures for the integration of international migrants in Nanning? In order to achieve the above goals,this thesis takes the social integration of international migrants as the starting point,through the literature method,interview method,questionnaire method,Nanning international migration as the research object,investigates and combs the present situation and existing problems of the social integration of international migrants in Nanning,and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis that human capital,support network in China,policy factors and social acceptance have a significant impact on the social integration of international migrants,combined with the interview situation and the attribution theory of social integration of migrants,and verifies it through empirical analysis.Among them,support network and social acceptance have the greatest influence,and the factor of social acceptance is most easily ignored by government departments,and should be a weak link in strengthening the focus.Based on the experience of cities at home and abroad to promote the integration of international migrants,this thesis puts forward the following optimization countermeasures:first,adhere to the principle of talent-oriented immigration access and vigorously introduce overseas human resources;second,seize the opportunity of building a free trade zone and deepen the innovation of immigration management system;third,the level of administration and implementation of international immigration qualification treatment;fourth,strengthen the construction of international public services to improve the living convenience of international migrants;fifth,improve the interactive exchange mechanism to shorten the psychological distance between international migrants and local residents.
