Research On Dynamic Management Of Public Institutions Organization Establishment In D City

The resources for the organization establishment are the important political and administrative resources of the party and the state,and their management is an important part of the state administration and the basis for the state to exercise all administrative management.The organization establishment management starts from the need of self-management of party and government organs.With the development of the society,the people’s demand for service-oriented and efficient government is increasing day by day,and also for public welfare services is growing.As a result,the importance of organization establishment management of government offices and public institutions is increasing.County level,as the most basic level of organization establishment management,is the final stage of reform and implementation of management policies and measures.At present,the relevant research on the management of organization establishment mainly focuses on the macro level,and there are few studies on the county level.The research focuses more on the function transformation of party and government organs and the optimization of institutional setup,and pays less attention to the adjustment of organization establishment of public institutions.This results in the existing theoretical research and exploration countermeasures not applicable and targeted enough in terms of the dynamic adjustment of public institutions organization establishment at the county level.By referring to the theoretical research results of organization establishment management,combined with the data and investigation,based on the current situation of dynamic management of public institutions organization establishment in D city,this thesis studies the dynamic management of public institutions organization establishment in D City by means of literature research,field investigation and comparative analysis.Firstly,the thesis sorts out the basic concepts and theoretical basis,describes the basic situation and part of the experience.Secondly,it summarizes the existing problems,and then analyzes the main reasons.Finally,according to the analysis of the reasons,it puts forward some countermeasures,that have certain reference value for the future management and also provides some ideas for improvement.
