A Study On The Influence Of Street Bureaucrats On Government Trust

Street bureaucrats to confront people,on behalf of the government to provide public service obligation such as allocation of public resources,through the publicity system of administrative rules laid foundation to provide public service administrative duties to maintain public order and safeguard citizens’ demand for effectiveness and efficiency of the government and the people’s public life have a profound impact,is an important source of public trust in government.However,the improper words and deeds of a small number of street bureaucrats have attracted wide attention from the society and damaged people’s trust in the government,including influencing the image of the government,damaging people’s sense of identity,weakening government credibility and misleading social value orientation,leading to people’s lack of trust in the grass-roots government and hindering the further development of social governance How to exert the positive effect of the street bureaucrat on the government trust and overcome the negative effect on the government trust is exactly the purpose of this study.The paper is divided into four parts.First,on the basis of the current academic research,this paper analyzes the street bureaucracy and government trust,explains the significance of the street bureaucracy’s trust in the government,and on this basis,further combs the connotation of the street bureaucracy and government trust and other related theories.Secondly,taking Shanxi Province as an example,this paper analyzes the dual influence of street bureaucrats on government trust by investigating the working status of street bureaucrats.Thirdly,from the perspective of government trust,this paper analyzes the reasons why street bureaucrats lead to people’s negative influence on government trust.The main reasons for the negative influence of street bureaucrats on government trust are as follows: the deviation of the administrative concept of street bureaucrats,the improper behavior of street bureaucrats,the imperfection of the image communication mechanism of street bureaucrats,the need to improve the quality of street bureaucrats and the lack of effective supervision of their rights.Finally,through the concrete analysis of the reasons caused by the lack of trust between street bureaucrats and government,explore the countermeasures of governance of street bureaucrats to rebuild government trust.This paper comprehensively uses case study method,and puts forward that we should actively guide the street bureaucrats to set up the correct administrative concept,strengthen the behavior norms of the street bureaucrats,actively enhance the personal ability of the street bureaucrats,attach importance to the image dissemination of the street bureaucrats,and strengthen the supervision of the administrative power of the street bureaucrats.
