Research On The Allocation Of Pension Resources Based On The Spatial Characteristics In Hebei

As the twenty-first century came,the degree of aging in our country gradually intensified,and the allocation of resources for the elderly attracted much more attention.From 1999,Hebei Province entered an aging society.Elderly population increased rapidly,and aging society’s situation became increasingly prominent.This paper analyzes the spatial distribution of the aging degree on 11 cities in Hebei Province,based on the relevant methods of spatial analysis,and combines it with the evaluation model of the allocation of resources for the elderly in Hebei Province.After that,using the formulas of geographic concentration and matching degree,this paper summarizes the current matching situation of the spatial agglomeration degree between the elderly population and resources for the elderly,and provides suggestions for Hebei Province solving the problem of regional allocation of elderly care resources based on the research content.Firstly,The article analyzes the degree of aging in Hebei Province,selecting 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province as the research objects.Based on the coefficient of the elderly population in 2000,2005,2010 and 2015,this paper uses spatial classification and correlation methods by ArcGIS software,which includes global spatial and regional auto-correlation.It analyzes the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of population aging within each city in Hebei Province,analyzing the spatial correlation and the cold and hot spots between the degree of population aging in Hebei Province,laying the foundation for the full text of the research.Secondly,this paper constructs an evaluation model of elderly care resources in order to obtain a comprehensive and reasonable evaluation of the allocation of elderly care resources in Hebei Province.This paper selects 11 dimensions of evaluation indicators in four aspects which are life services,medical care,cultural and sports activities,and living environment,uses the weighting method combining the entropy weight method and the coefficient of variation method,and adopts the evaluation method of the mutation progression method to jointly form the pension Comprehensive evaluation model of resource allocation,aiming to explore the distribution of elderly care resources in various cities in Hebei Province.Then,according to the spatial distribution of the elderly population and elderly care resources in Hebei Province,the geographical concentration indexes of the elderly population and elderly care resources are constructed,and the correlation analysis method and matching formula are used to calculate the allocation of elderly care resources and examine the allocation differences in various cities of Hebei Province.Finally,the research content of the whole article is integrated to provide suggestions and suggestions for the allocation of resources for the elderly in Hebei Province.
