Exploration Of Time Bank In The Mode Of Mutual Support For The Aged In Urban Communities

With the rapid economic development and social progress in China,the trend of aging is becoming more and more serious,There are more and more old people,and the demand for the aged is increasing.Therefore,the problems of the old-age are increasing,and more and more attention is paid to by all walks of life.How to innovate the existing pension service mode in urban community is an urgent problem to be solved.Time bank is an effective mechanism to deal with the coming of the aging society.It’s like money to link the time participants are providing services today to their own future access to services.This increases the supply of elderly services to a certain extent,and also reduces the pressure of the family and the government for the elderly.Therefore,it is a choice to develop the time bank mutual pension model in the community.Based on the literature review of time bank at home and abroad,this paper investigates and analyzes the development of mutual support pension mode of W community time bank in C City on the basis of social support theory and social exchange theory,and combines questionnaire method with interview method to investigate the elderly and community staff in the community.The results show that the Bank’s common pension model has developed to some extent over time,there are still the following problems: local government level: lack of relevant policy guidance and protection;volunteer level: service level and quality need to be improved;community level: shortage of manpower,lack of standardized management;social level: narrow funding channels,lack of professional society Organization support;time currency level: the exchange system is unreasonable and difficult to cross regional flow;information technology level: the use of network resources is not maximized,which is the main reason for the current plight of W community.This paper puts forward some optimization suggestions from the government to strengthen the construction of laws and regulations and policies,improve the specialization of volunteers,improve the management level of community organizations,and improve the time bank platform system In order to improve the w community time bank mutual support pension mode,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of unification,diversification of social resources support channels,improvement of exchange system and so on.We should give full play to the advantages of social workers in the aspects of resource connection,empowerment,company and guidance,and offer suggestions and suggestions for the construction of a harmonious community with spontaneous contribution and multi-agent cooperation support.
