The eighteenth time of the Communist Party of China.For the first time in the National Congress report,the content of the core socialist values is condensed in the form of party documents,namely "prosperity,democracy,civilization,harmony;freedom,equality,justice,rule of law;patriotism,dedication,integrity,and friendliness.",Multi-layered and three-dimensionally demonstrated the mainstream values of our country.The personal level "patriotism,dedication,integrity,and friendliness" is the basic ethics of citizens,covering all areas of social moral life,is the basic ethics that citizens must abide by,and is also the basic value standard for evaluating citizens’ ethical behavior choices.Therefore,research on citizens Individuals are of great significance to the practice of socialist core values.Contemporary college students are in a period of value formation and stability.At the same time,their living environment is relatively open and able to develop freely according to their interests to the maximum.They are more susceptible to the influence of various cultures,and they are the new force of social practice.In this situation It is even more important to strengthen their education on the core values of "patriotism,dedication,integrity,and friendliness".We use questionnaire survey method,interview method,and literature research method to construct according to the context from concept to theory,from problem to cause analysis,and finally to the countermeasure.It is divided into five parts.The first part is the background and significance of the research,research trends at home and abroad,as well as the content,methods,innovations and deficiencies of the research.The second part respectively summarizes the theoretical basis and basic connotation of "patriotism,dedication,honesty and friendliness",and analyzes the dialectical relationship between the four.The third part is to analyze the results of questionnaires and first-hand data such as interviews and surveys.It is concluded that college students have a good grasp of the connotation of core values at the civic level,and have a high degree of recognition of them,but they still have a low degree of attention and participation;There are more perceptual knowledge and less rational thinking;there are more external constraints,and the conscious practice is insufficient;the practice is single in form and the depth of practice is not enough.The fourth part continues to analyze the causes of the problems in the previous part from the aspects of propaganda methods,the improvement of related guarantee mechanisms,and education guidance.The propaganda methods mainly focusing on the core values of socialism need to be deepened,the guarantee mechanism needs to be improved,and relevant education guidance needs to be explored in depth.The fifth part is the countermeasures to strengthen college students’ recognition and practice of the socialist core values at the citizen level.In response to the problems in college students’ recognition and practice,methods such as strengthening relevant courses and focusing on theme activities are proposed from the level of rational cognition;from the level of deepening values and emotional recognition,it is proposed to inherit excellent traditional culture and tell Chinese stories and sublimate emotions.Measures: From the perspective of improving practice,propose the use of red resources to stimulate patriotism;participate in production practice to cultivate professionalism;strengthen the building of integrity and improve the level of integrity;participate in assistance activities and promote a friendly atmosphere;strengthen family education and school education;use Corresponding and specific countermeasures such as scientific laws,constructing ways to practice,and so on,the final summary is to continuously improve the methods of publicity and education,constantly explore new ways,and strengthen college students’ recognition and practice of core values at the civic level.This article explores the status quo of college students’ recognition and practice of“patriotism,dedication,integrity,and friendliness” and proposes corresponding countermeasures to improve the research on this issue to a certain extent,and is helpful for strengthening the recognition and practice of college students’ core values.A certain practical significance.
