Research On The Governance Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In HeJin City

With the continuous development of economy and society,great changes have taken place in China’s social and economic outlook at this stage.The party and the government pay more and more attention to the rural living environment.In order to solve the problem of rural human settlement environment,the government has issued a series of policies to solve it.Therefore,the current rural human settlement environment has been significantly improved.However,due to various conditions,many obstacles have been encountered in the process of renovating the rural human settlement environment,which is facing a severe test.Therefore,in the context of promoting the Rural Revitalization Strategy,this work has a long way to go.The party and the government should continue to pay close attention to the governance of rural human settlements.This paper consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which discusses and clarifies the theoretical achievements,research significance and research background of the current rural human settlements governance at home and abroad;The second part describes the related concepts and theories of rural human settlement environment theory,and makes a detailed analysis of the research contents related to the improvement of human settlement environment;The third part investigates the situation of rural human settlements in Hejin City,and summarizes the achievements and specific practices of Rural Human Settlements Construction in Hejin City;The fourth part analyzes the problems in the process of renovating the rural human settlements in Hejin City,and finds out the fundamental reasons that hinder the construction of human settlements in Hejin City;In the fifth part,based on the problems in the process of renovating the rural residential environment,the suggestions are given from the perspective of villagers,society and government;The sixth part combs and summarizes the content of this paper.Through the above research,we can find that: first,since Hejin City began to renovate the rural human settlement environment,the city has formulated the specific working mechanism and implementation plan in accordance with the relevant provisions of the central and provincial governments,and launched a comprehensive renovation work on the rural human settlement environment.Second,with the continuous progress of the work,the city’s rural living environment has been greatly improved.Thirdly,there are still many problems to be solved,such as lack of capital investment,weak awareness of environmental protection of villagers and so on.In the future,Hejin municipal government should,under the guidance of the superior government’s policies,combine with the actual situation of the city’s rural living environment,learn from the advanced experience,and walk out a way of governance of rural living environment with local characteristics,so as to realize rural wealth and rural beauty.
