| In recent years,thanks to the gradual improvement of Chinese people’s living standards,more and more people begin to pay attention to health care and pension and other topics,the average life span is also increasing,followed by the deepening of the aging population,pension needs diversification,the need to improve the social pension service system and a series of issues.Therefore,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed to improve the establishment of an all-round and multi-level social pension security system,comprehensively promote the construction of a healthy China,strengthen the social governance system at the same time strengthen the innovation mechanism,so as to smooth the transition of the peak of population aging.Encouraged by the huge pension market demand and the favorable policies of the state,the pension industry is developing rapidly and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.How to establish a competitive strategy suitable for its own sustainable development is the key for all pension institutions to be able to stand on the market and the value of this paper.Based on K endowment institutions as the research object,this paper adopts literature analysis,field investigation method and case method,combining the theory of competitive strategy theory and 7Ps marketing strategy,contact K pension institutions in recent years management experience,using PEST analysis,porter five model and SWOT analysis of the company by analyzing internal and external environment and industry competition environment,Select the competitive strategy in line with its own market positioning,and put forward some targeted suggestions and strategies for the strategic development and market competition of K pension institution in the pension industry.Through research and analysis,this paper argues that K pension agency should grasp the opportunity,use of advantage,steadily expand the scale of business as the company’s first priority,combined with their own health,climate,environment,facilities,policy support and other resources and brand image,USES the differentiation competitive strategy,adhere to the medical combination as the leading factor,the institutions for medical treatment and endowment and community endowment,family endowment of organic,Closer integration,to provide differentiated products and services to meet people’s needs for the elderly,to build their own core competitiveness in the market.In terms of strategy implementation,the competitive strategy is organically combined with the 7Ps marketing theory that fits the service industry,and the differentiation route is taken respectively in terms of service products,price strategy,marketing strategy,promotion strategy,service process,personnel measures and tangible environment.Finally,according to the actual situation and implementation strategy,six safeguard measures are proposed,including corporate culture,capital supply,risk control,marketing team,medical assistance and information construction,to ensure the smooth implementation of differentiation strategy of K pension institution. |
