In recent years,illegal fund-raising incidents have been concentrated in various parts of the country,with huge amounts and large numbers of people involved,which have caused serious impact on society.Illegal fundraising often uses high returns as a bait and the purpose of defrauding funds,which disrupts the financial order and affects the healthy development of the financial market.Although the government continues to crack down on the issue of illegal fundraising under the close attention of the Party Central Committee,we have found in actual work that the problem of illegal fundraising is still facing a severe situation,and that illegal fundraising activities have become more variable during the continuous crackdown.Form of crime.Faced with some major illegal fund-raising cases,some local governments have failed to effectively deal with them,which has greatly affected society and seriously endangered social stability.Therefore,facing the problem of illegal fund-raising,there are still some deficiencies in the government’s work.This article takes the problem of illegal fund-raising in T city as the research object,and discusses how the illegal fund-raising supervision department can achieve effective supervision of illegal fund-raising.Based on the theory of strategic management,this paper analyzes the illegal fund-raising cases in T city in recent years by using the PEST analysis method to analyze the problem of illegal fund-raising in T city from four aspects: policy environment,economic environment,social environment,and technical environment.Combined with the characteristics of the illegal fund-raising supervision department of T city,find out the insufficient supervision of illegal fund-raising in T city,and propose regulatory countermeasures to the problem of illegal fund-raising in T city.Among them,the current status of the supervision of illegal capital raising in T city is mainly analyzed from the aspects of case status,policies and regulations,institutional settings,working procedures,existing measures,and defect analysis.Through analysis,it is found that there are incomplete policies and regulations in illegal fund raising in T city.The unreasonable establishment of the organization,the need to improve coordination and coordination ability,insufficient investigation,insufficient publicity,insufficient reward mechanism,and insufficient attention to the stability of letters and visits,have severely restricted the development of the city’s efforts to combat and deal with illegal fundraising.Based on the above analysis,this article proposes T from several aspects such as improving policies and regulations,optimizing institutional settings,strengthening cooperation mechanisms,strengthening the construction of big data early warning platforms,strengthening the construction of publicity mechanisms,strengthening the construction of reward mechanisms,strengthening the stability of letters and visits,and guiding social public opinion.Suggestions for the development of the municipal regulatory department.
