The Research On Residents’ Participation And Countermeasures In A Community Governance Of Laiyang City

As an important part of the society,the community can be regarded as the cells that constitute the society.The quality of community construction is directly related to the results of the construction of a socialist harmonious society,and has an important impact on the progress and development of society.Therefore,community governance research has become the focus of attention of all sectors of society.For the academic community,scholars have carried out research on community governance,hoping to explore effective governance model,accelerate the development of community construction,and then promote the overall progress of society.Scholars have found that community residents,as an important subject of community governance,have an important impact on the results of community governance.Only by fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of residents to participate in governance,can we integrate various forces,form a governance force,and achieve the goal of building a harmonious and orderly community.It can be seen that the research of community governance is of great significance and of great value to social stability and development.more and more related research has become the focus of public management research.In the process of community residents’ extensive participation in community governance,the degree of their participation has an important impact on the effect of community governance.With the gradual deepening of the research,the issue of residents’ participation in community governance still needs in-depth research.Based on this,this paper studies the existing and provides improvement countermeasures on the basis of the problem research.Firstly,this paper summarizes and collates the relevant theories and existing research results of residents’ participation in community governance,and obtains the research results in this field,which provides theoretical basis and research direction for this paper;Secondly,taking a community in Laiyang City of Shandong Province as a case study,this paper obtains the relevant data of residents’ participation in governance by means of questionnaire survey,analyzes and summarizes the basic status quo of residents’ participation in governance in this community,and summarizes the main problems.The results show that there are some problems in the process of residents’ participation in governance in a community at present,such as unreasonable structure of residents’ participation in the main body,unreasonable structure of residents’ participation in the main body,and so on Residents’ willingness to participate is not high,residents’ participation lacks breadth and depth,residents’participation ability is limited,and residents’ participation channels are not smooth;Through in-depth analysis,it is found that the main reasons for these problems lie in the lack of mechanism for residents to participate in the interests,the lack of corresponding system security,the lack of staff strength,the shackles of traditional thinking and the inadequacy of community management system.Finally,according to the investigation contents and the analysis results of the causes of the problems in this paper,we think that we should improve the residents’ participation in governance system,enhance the in community governance culture,and enhance the community management level,so as to continuously improve the residents’ participation in governance level in community a and improve the community governance ability,Contribute to social construction and development.
