Study On The Regulation Of “Hollow Village” Rural Areas In Chenzhou City,Hunan Proinvince

With the development of industrialization and urbanization,China’s rural housing vacancy,rural population aging,rural industry hollowing out problems are increasingly prominent.The appearance of "hollow village" not only causes the waste of land resources,but also destroys the appearance of rural villages,forming security risks,causing a lot of social problems in rural areas and restricting the development of rural economy and society."Hollow village" problem has become our country rural revitalization of one of the main pain points.On the one hand,the demand and dependence of urbanization on land resources are increasing.On the other hand,the rural hollow house and idle land is cause the waste of land resources and restrict the rural economic development.In the process of governance of "hollow village",the governance of "hollow village" is difficult due to the reasons such as unclear ownership of houses,single source of governance funds,imperfect traditional concept of villagers and system mechanism.In order to achieve poverty alleviation,rural revitalization and coordinated development between urban and rural areas,and promote healthy and orderly economic and social development in urban and rural areas,we must break "hollow village" problem.Hence,the problem of "hollow village" needs to be studied and solved urgently.This thesis will take Chenzhou City as an example,research on it’s renovation of“hollow village” by means of literature research,field investigation.This paper analyzes the present situation,causes,main governance measures and existing difficulties of "hollow village" in Chenzhou city,and summarizes the governance experience that can be used for reference and promotion.The "hollow village" governance satisfaction questionnaire survey was carried out on the villagers in Chenzhou city.The survey data were analyzed and the methods to improve the evaluation of rural residents’ governance satisfaction on the "hollow village" were summarized.Finally,it summarizes the targeted governance measures of "hollow village" from the aspects of politics,economy,culture,society and ecology,in order to provide some references for the governance of "hollow village" in rural areas.This thesis consists of seven chapters.Chapter one is the outline of selected topical basis,research significance and background,major point innovation and deficiency.Chapter two is the definition of some concepts and theories of “hollow village”.Chapter three is expound the situation of “hollow village” in Chenzhou City,and analysis the causes of “hollow village”,management ways of “hollow village”,governance effect and problems in governance.Chapter four is make a questionnaire survey was conducted on the governance satisfaction of the "hollow village" in,Chenzhou city,and factor analysis was conducted on the questionnaire data to summarize the conclusions and suggestions.Chapter five is make some advices from the aspects of culture,society,economy and politics to deal with the problem of "hollow village".Chapter six is summary.
