Although Marx did not explicitly put forward his own humanistic thought,Marx’s concern for people runs through the entire process of his ideological development,and Marxist anthropological thought is an important part of Marxism.Similarly,looking at the process of changing China’s development concept,paying attention to people has always been an important factor in our party’s establishment of China’s development concept.In the new era,in order to cope with the new stage of development and the changes in the new normal of the economy,meet the problems and challenges encountered in China’s development,and lead the smooth progress of the "13th FiveYear Plan",the Party Central Committee has put forward a new development concept with innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing as the main content.The new development concept inherits and develops the core content of Marx’s humanistic thought,pays attention to human subjectivity,attaches importance to the all-round development of people,is an innovative achievement of the sinification of Marxist humanistic thought,and is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era.This paper conducts an in-depth study of the new development concept from the perspective of Marx’s anthropology and is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly discusses the research status of Chinese and foreign scholars on Marxist anthropological thought and new development concepts,and expounds the research methods,innovations,and research significance of the selected topics.The second chapter mainly summarizes the background,development process and main content of The formation of Marxist anthropological thought.The third chapter deals with the main lines of Marxist anthropology in the new development concept.First of all,the background of the times in which the new development concept was born,which was produced in line with China’s actual national conditions and the ever-changing international situation.Secondly,the development process of the new development concept is analyzed,although the content and characteristics of the development concept in the context of different eras are different,but the changes are inseparable,their ultimate purpose is to point to human development,under the foundation of the development concept of the party’s successive leading collectives,the new development concept came into being.Finally,starting from the five main contents of the new development concept,the inheritance and development of the new development concept to Marx’s humanistic thought is systematically discussed,highlighting the application and development of Marxist anthropological thought in China in the new era.Chapter FOUR explains the Marxist implications of the new development concept.Through the analysis of the inheritance and development of Marxist anthropological thought by the new development concept,the Marxist characteristics of the new development concept are summarized.The fifth chapter discusses the contemporary value of new development concepts from the perspective of Marx’s anthropology from the perspective of theory and practice.The first is the theoretical value of the new development concept from the perspective of Marx’s anthropology,which inherits and develops Marxist humanistic thought,breaks through the "old" development concept advocated by successive leading collectives since the founding of New China,and highlights the ruling concept of the Communist Party of China.The second is the practical value of the new development concept from the perspective of Marx’s anthropology.The new development concept has played an important role in guiding the development of China’s economy under the new normal,responding to China’s people’s livelihood practices and promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.
