Research On The Protection Of Personal Information In Public Safety Video Surveillance Legislation

Public security video surveillance has played a huge role in comprehensively promoting the construction of a safe China.However,with the development of public security video surveillance technology,the problem of infringement of personal information rights has become increasingly prominent.In the current public security video surveillance legislation relating to the personal information protection is not perfect,the content of the existing public security video surveillance legislation is not unified,lack of personal information protection in the legislative purposes and principles,personal information protection of personal information is not comprehensive,inadequate classification grading protection,infringement of personal information a lighter punishment,Unable to provide sufficient legislative guarantee for the security of citizens’ personal information in public security video surveillance legislation on the protection of personal information in public security video surveillance needs to be improved.This paper analyzes the personal information protection in public security video surveillance legislation from five parts.One is to explain the basic theory of public security video surveillance system and personal information;Second,by sorting out the current legislative documents of public security video surveillance,summarize the existing problems of personal information protection in the current legislation;Third,introduce and draw lessons from the regulation model of foreign countries;Four is effective in improving public security video surveillance legislation level,on the basis of the public security and personal information security legislation concept in public security video monitoring within the framework of legislation,aiming at the current problems of the legislation about the personal information protection,the public security video monitoring to the content of the legislation of personal information protection legislation;The fifth part is the conclusion.This study aims to provide operational guidance for the protection of personal information in the legislation of public security video surveillance in the future,and effectively solve the problem of citizens’ personal information rights damage in public security video surveillance.
