"fandom" is booming in my country,setting off huge waves and having a huge impact on my country’s market and economy.In the behavior of fan groups derived from the "fandom economy" effect with idols as the core,the underlying economic model is emotional economy-"fandom" is run by fans individually,based on their love for the same idol for inner motivation.Emotional satisfaction and a sense of belonging can be achieved by consuming through idol draft custom card voting,collecting peripheral support products,and fans raising funds to invest.With the deepening of fans’ interest in the idol industry,idol training programs in the form of "Idol Trainee" and "Creation 101",which were popular in China a few years ago,have given fans more rights to participate,and the role of fans has also changed,from passive to passive.Active participation.However,in the context of capital taking traffic as the wind vane,the chasing behavior of fans has gradually been alienated into a tool for capital to make money.A series of improper behaviors such as "criminal review","swiping traffic" and "malicious slander" have appeared one after another in the "fandom".Through the retrieval and analysis of the cases in the entertainment market,this thesis finds that the trial results mainly require three aspects: cessation of infringement,deletion of infringing speeches,and compensation and apology.However,the punishment is not severe and has no warning effect,and the chaos of the "fandom" cannot be effectively suppressed.Therefore,from the perspective of the anti-unfair competition law,the entertainment market should be governed,and the anti-unfair competition behaviors such as false propaganda,commercial slander,and deceptive transactions in the "fandom" should be sorted out.At the same time,the economic form of the "fandom economy" harms the interests of operators and consumers,disrupts the competition in the entertainment market,and damages the healthy development of the social economy.Therefore,only when multiple parties guide and manage the "fandom" and work together from top to bottom and from the inside to the outside can we establish and improve a long-term mechanism,effectively curb the bad tendencies of the entertainment industry,and lead the social trend of upward and kindness.Therefore,this thesis adopts the EU’s "functional identification" method,and on the basis of recognizing fans of "fandom" as operators,formulates a reasonable governance path,increases the legal responsibility for the main body,clarifies the inter-departmental supervision responsibilities,and strengthens the platform’s internal supervision obligations,improve the Internet responsibilities and obligations,improve the guidance obligations to stars,society,and families to fans,and strive to maintain the competition order in the entertainment market.This thesis adopts the methods of literature review,case analysis,and comparative analysis to conduct research on the operation mode and behavioral alienation of "fandom" and "fandom economy",and propose reasonable improvement measures that are conducive to the healthy development of the entertainment market.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,in order to come up with practical and effective solutions,first of all,it is necessary to have a deep understanding of the carrier of the problem-"rice circle",and to explore the essence of related business categories such as "rice circle economy".Therefore,at the beginning of the article,the above parts are discussed,from comparing the earlier "fan economy" to combining the similarities and differences with reality,only then can we grasp the fan star-making model under the organizational structure of the "fandom",identify the chaotic status quo of the "fandom economy",and finally get the "fandom economy" is actually a kind of "emotional economy" market in which the fan economy has evolved into a purer and more mature market with the blessing of the Internet.Secondly,it is precisely because of its mature model and the market alienation caused by the disorderly expansion of capital that many new types of unfair behaviors continue to emerge,which has a certain impact on the basic theory and substantive system of traditional anti-monopoly law.It is urgent to respond to the identification to the construction of the institutional system.The purpose of this article is to sort out the competitive anomie behavior of the "fandom",through the analysis of a series of incidents related to the "fandom" fans,to judge the improper behavior of the fans,and finally think that it is in line with false propaganda,commercial slander,deceit Transactions and violations of the principle of good faith destroy the competition order in the entertainment market and damage the interests of legitimate operators and consumers in the entertainment market.Finally,the key to judging the nature of the behavior is how to
