Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of CY Municipal Government Documents And Archives Management

Since entering the modernization of national governance,the Chinese government have been continuously transformed,and the government administrative functions have been continuously transformed.As an important part of national governance,government documents and archives management has also undergone corresponding changes,actively adapted to the requirements of the times,innovated ways and methods,and continuously improved the administrative quality and administrative efficiency.The research of CY municipal government documents and archives management is conducive to the healthy development of documents and archives management system of prefecture and municipal government,understand the new situation faced by various links such as collection,sorting,storage and utilization of government documents and archives under the background of the new era,and provide effective ideas for optimizing the government documents and archives management and serve the overall situation.It is more conducive to providing more efficient and satisfactory utilization services for the public,protecting their legitimate rights and interests according to the law,and making due contributions to building a service-oriented government.Using the service-oriented government theory and governance theory,this paper takes CY municipal government documents and archives management as an example,carries out questionnaire survey and field visit,and carries out research with the relevant data of CY municipal government documents and archives management,reveals the actual situation,internal and external environment of CY municipal government documents and archives management,sorts out the current situation,clarifies the theory,puts forward problems,analyzes problems and solves problems.This paper discusses in detail the core problems of CY municipal government documents and archives management from the following four aspects: the scattered and chaotic storage of government documents and archives management entities,the poor standardization of the subject of government documents and archives management,the single and backward methods of government documents and archives management and inefficient service utilization of government documents and archives management.This paper also analyzes the main reasons for the core problems.With the goal of promoting CY municipal government documents and archives management in line with the development level of the times and integrating theory with practice,this paper concludes that we should promote the coordinated development of government documents and archives management from the following four aspects:improving the supporting construction of government documents and archives entities,improving the subject system for the government documents and archives management,strengthening the means of government documents and archives management and improving the efficiency of government documents and archives management,and points out specific countermeasures and suggestions.It is important for prefecture and municipal government documents and archives management to realize the standardized,orderly and sustainable development in the new development stage.
