| With the rise of short videos,"foreign internet celebrities",as a special category of short video creators,has become increasingly active on domestic short video platforms.From the perspective of the "other",they observe various changes brought about by China’s development to Chinese society,record China’s changes by making short videos,convey China’s national image,and show the cultural and social differences between China and foreign countries.Chinese and foreign non-governmental exchanges make their own contributions.This paper selects the short videos of 5 representative bloggers on Bilibili as the research object,takes their 1479 videos as samples,and analyzes their successful short videos from three aspects: narrative topic selection,narrative skills and narrative language.We hope to discover the narrative mode and unique narrative skills of foreign online celebrity short videos,so as to provide a reference for my country to tell Chinese stories,shape China’s image,and strengthen foreign exchanges.The article mainly adopts case analysis method and text analysis method.First of all,the first chapter analyzes the video content characteristics of the "foreign internet celebrities" short videos,and believes that the short videos of foreign internet celebrities are mainly based on appearance reports.The second chapter analyzes the topics of their videos.Their videos focus on China’s economic life,cultural traditions,social hotspots and popular entertainment,and show a multi-faceted image of China from a microscopic perspective.The third chapter starts with their videos,and specifically studies how they carry out short video narration from the perspective of their content,narrative perspective and narrative techniques.The use of audio-visual language in short videos,Yang Wanghong has a high degree of grasp of audio-visual language,and can use audio-visual language flexibly according to their own topic selection and the central idea of ??the video,and finally create high-quality short video works.The fifth chapter is to analyze the problems existing in the short videos of foreign internet celebrities,and put forward some suggestions of my own,hoping that the foreign internet celebrities group can get better development and make its own contribution to China’s external communication. |
