The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy plays a major role in better promoting the modernization and development of agriculture and rural areas,and effective governance is an important guarantee for rural revita-lization.In rural governance,we must properly handle the work of resolving rural disputes.Under the new situation,the main contradictions in society have changed,and the rural disputes have shown a large number of types of evolution,especially the emergence of many new disputes,which has greatly affected the stability and long-term stability of rural society.This paper pays attention to the combination of theoretical analysis and practical research,and analyzes the formation and development,characteristics,security system and mechanism connection of rural dispute resolution mechanism in Yangling District.The main characteristics of rural disputes in the new stage are the diversification of the main body of disputes,the diversification of the types of disputes and the arduous resolution of disputes.The survey found that a large part of the rural areas of Yangling District are landless peasants entering the community,and rural disputes tend to be complicated.In order to effectively resolve rural disputes,Yangling District has effectively resolved rural disputes through the establishment of rules and regulations,the cultivation and development of non-governmental dispute res-olution mechanisms,and the use of Internet technology to explore innovative ways to resolve rural disputes,and has achieved certain results.The study believes that due to many factors such as imperfect rule of law guarantees,inadequate funding guarantees,lack of ability to resolve disputes,and the level of rule of law in society,the rural dispute resolution mechanism in Yangling District still needs to be improved,and the effectiveness of governance needs to be improved.The study pointed out that in order to improve the level of rural dispute governance in Yangling District,it is necessary to base itself on the actual situation of local rural areas,pay attention to source governance,systematic governance and governance according to law,and analyze and discuss various aspects by strengthening the concept of diversified solution of rural disputes,supporting multiple subjects to participate in the prevention and resolution of rural disputes,activating the participation of village community entities in resolving rural disputes,and improving the guarantee mechanism for rural dispute resolution,so as to finally achieve effective prevention and diversified solutions to rural disputes in the new era,and improve the sense of gain,happiness and security of rural residents.Help good governance in rural areas and comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
