During the Anti Japanese War,while coping with natural disasters, the Anti Japanese base areas were also faced with the sweeping and encirclement of the Japanese puppet army and the anti Republican blockade of the Kuomintang, which made the already fragile agricultural production worse, and the development of productivity in rural areas could not be effectively improved for a long time.In this context, under the guidance of Marx and Lenin’s theory of cooperation and the experience of Soviet collectivization, the Communist Party of China led the military and people in the Anti Japanese base areas to promote the new mutual aid and cooperation movement on the premise of land reform, rent reduction and interest rate reduction, combined with the old forms of rural mutual aid and cooperation and the party’s experience and practice of mutual aid and cooperation movement during the central revolutionary base area,The army and people in the base areas were extensively mobilized to participate in the mass production movement, which promoted the transformation from individual labor to collective labor.Although Mao Zedong’s speech "organize" is not long,it contains many contents that can be excavated. In terms of organizational scope, mobilize all the forces of the party, government, military and people, including organs, schools, factories and farmers, including men, women, old and young, and organize these forces into a labor force. In terms of organizational form, including some traditional forms of labor mutual assistance, there are also new cooperatives. In terms of the principles and methods of organization,we should implement the views of the masses, organize the masses, and give play to the leading role of typical demonstration at the same time.Subsequently, through the publicity of some national and local newspapers and the issuance and promotion of administrative instructions, the organization sank from the top-level design to the grass-roots people, and played a good guiding role in many base areas.Under the call of Mao Zedong’s "get organized" and based on the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia Anti Japanese base area, the national anti Japanese base areas such as Shanxi Chahar Hebei,Shanxi Hebei Shandong Henan and Shanxi Suiyuan successively carried out mutual assistance and cooperation movements. This institutional change to change the production relations between people had an important impact on the rural construction of the Anti Japanese base area, which not only improved the labor efficiency of the base area and ensured the food supply,It eased the financial and economic crisis, and also had an important impact on the ideological education, cultural popularization, resettlement of migrant refugees, supporting the army and resisting Japan, the United Front, social transformation, health improvement and customs change in the Anti Japanese base areas. At present, there are some new problems and situations in rural construction.Studying and analyzing the important experience of Mao Zedong’s "organize" on the mutual aid and cooperation movement in the Anti Japanese base areas during the Anti Japanese War and how to creatively organize farmers in the new era are of great enlightening significance to rural construction in the new era.
