Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Urban Community Public Space Governance From The Perspective Of Spatial Justice ——Taking C City As An Example

With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process,a large number of people have poured into the city and entered the urban community.The urban community has become the basic unit of the city.The problems in the urbanization process are more obvious in the urban community.As an important part of urban community,the public space of urban community is an important part of community governance and an important place for residents to express their rights and interests.In recent years,there have been more and more conflicts caused by the public space of urban communities,and the contradictions between "public and private" and "supply and demand" in the public space of urban communities have become increasingly prominent.also gained more and more attention.This study firstly uses the literature research method to sort out the research status of public space in urban communities at home and abroad with the help of visualization software.In order to understand the research status and clarify the research background.Secondly,after sorting out,from the perspective of public management,the definition of urban community public space and urban community public space governance is defined,and the research subject is clarified for subsequent research.At the same time,the concepts of urban community,unit community,demolition and resettlement community and commercial housing community are defined.Subsequently,the theory of spatial justice and collaborative governance are introduced,and the theory is introduced,and then the research framework for analysis and research from four dimensions of value justice,distribution justice,production justice and institutional justice is established.This study uses case analysis and field investigation as research methods to analyze and study the public space governance of urban communities in C City.Taking public space governance as the research object,this paper discusses the dilemma of urban community public space governance,in order to provide corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for urban community public space governance at the mesoscopic level.Based on on-the-spot investigation and interviews,it is found that there are problems such as mismatch between supply and demand,imperfect operation mechanism,and low enthusiasm of residents to participate in public space governance in urban communities.Then,the reasons are further analyzed from the four dimensions of spatial justice,which are reflected in the biased value concept and the biased value justice;the lack of normative system and the weakening of institutional justice;the capital-led production,the lack of production justice;the exclusion of spatial differentiation and the lack of distribution justice.Finally,combined with the relevant theories and knowledge learned,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from four dimensions.In the dimension of value justice,we must strengthen leadership and establish correct concepts;in the dimension of production,we must plan scientifically to match the needs of residents;in the dimension of distribution justice,It is necessary to clarify property rights and realize collaborative governance;in the dimension of institutional justice,it is necessary to improve the system and regulate space activities.
