Innovation Of The Construction Mode Of Rural Style Civilization In The New Era ——Based On The Excellent Typical Case Study Of Village-level Rural Style Civilization Construction

Innovating the construction mode of rural style and civilization and promoting the construction and development of rural style civilization is the essence of rural style civilization construction,and it is also an important goal of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the original construction mode,this paper innovates,defines the traditional mode of rural civilization construction as traditional propaganda-based rural civilization,analyzes the connotation,operation mechanism and construction difficulties of this mode,and bases itself on the new changes in my country’s rural economy and society through literature research.The new changes in the main contradictions of rural society have sorted out the questions that need to be answered in the construction of rural civilization in the new era.Aiming at how to innovate the rural style and civilization construction model in the new era and face the realistic demands of rural style and civilization construction,the hypothesis of the industrial-oriented rural style and civilization construction model is put forward,that is,the new era of rural style and civilization construction should take the road of industrial-oriented rural style civilization construction.And explain the rationality of the hypothesis from the basic principles of the basis.Taking the first batch of outstanding models of rural civilization construction in the country-Hubei E Village as a case,the process and experience of its rural civilization construction were investigated in detail.The study found that E Village has embarked on a road of rural civilization construction and mobilization with industrial dreams,forced rural civilization construction progress with industrial development,and formed a conscious rural civilization construction with industrial development.The construction of village-style civilization in E village is a typical road of industrial-oriented rural-style civilization construction,in order to verify the rationality and possibility of the hypothesis of the industrial-oriented rural-style civilization construction model.In the process of putting forward the hypothesis and verifying the hypothesis,the connotation and characteristics of the industrial-oriented rural civilization construction model have gradually become clear,and the main position of farmers,the basic position of industry,the role of carrier and the mechanism of backward force are more prominent.
