Reserch On Carreer Ability Of Senior Care Workers Under The Combination Of Medical And Nursing

The degree of aging in my country is increasing,and the combination of medical care and elderly care has gradually become one of the inevitable choices for the elderly in China.The medical-care-integrated elderly-care model can break through the state of separating elderly-care and medical care under normal circumstances,realize the provision of convenient,timely and accurate medical and care services for the elderly,and meet the elderly’s overall needs for elderly care.However,at present,the professional competence of nursing staff in my country is still difficult to meet the requirements of professional nursing skills,attention to the physical and mental health of the elderly,and a high sense of professional identity for nursing staff under the medical-care integration model.To improve the professional competence standards of the elderly care workers in our country and improve the professional competence of elderly care workers has important practical application value for the development of the elderly care industry in my country.The thesis focuses on the improvement of the professional ability of elderly caregivers under the combined medical care model,using human capital theory,lifelong education theory and two-factor theory as basic theories,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to carry out in-depth research from four dimensions.First of all,starting from the related conceptual issues related to the professional competence of elderly caregivers,the main functions and value forms of the professional ability of elderly caregivers are explained,and the special function value of professional ability of elderly caregivers under the background of the integration of medical care and care is found.The professional ability of nursing care workers has the characteristics of empathy,science and ability complex.Secondly,based on the spirit of relevant national policy documents and the academic discussion on the professional competence of nursing staff,it analyzes the supporting elements of the professional competence of elderly nursing staff,that is,professional concept,theoretical knowledge and professional skills,and then clarifies the framework of professional competence of nursing staff.system.Thirdly,under the guiding principles of comprehensiveness,objectivity,scientificity and practicability,the Delphi method was used to initially construct a professional standard index system for caregivers under the integrated medical care and elderly care,and initially drafted the professional standard indicator system for caregivers under the integrated medical care and elderly care.Item pool,using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of indicators at all levels and to test the reliability and validity of the researched occupational standard system.Finally,through empirical research to analyze the problems and causes of nursing care workers under the medical-care integration model,and to improve the career of nursing care workers in terms of improving individual understanding,perfecting institutional talent selection system,enhancing personnel training and improving management service standards ability.The study found that the professional abilities of elderly caregivers under the medical-care integration model have problems such as poor professional autonomy,low professional identity,and lack of certain medical and mental health care knowledge.The only way to improve the professional abilities of caregivers Only by improving the sense of identity,improving the selection and training mechanism of nursing staff,and optimizing the system standards related to the professional competence of nursing staff,can the professional competence of nursing staff be promoted,so as to improve the professional.
