The Impact Of Health Human Capital On Labor Market And The Countermeasures

In the era of knowledge economy,the country’s human capital level and structure has become the key to determine the future core competitiveness.With the gradual demise of the demographic dividend,the aging of the population deepening and the implementation of the policy of deferred retirement,the supply and demand structure of China’s labor market is in imbalance.How to better and more scientifically analyze the supply and demand structure and labor productivity in China’s labor market and realize the balanced development of the labor market is an important issue for the government and scholars.Healthy human capital is the core part of the supply of labor market,and the accurate measurement of the stock of healthy human capital can better measure the supply of labor market.Health human capital is becoming a hotspot in the research of social economists.However,most researches focus on the impact of health human capital on economic development.There are few researches on the analysis of human capital stock,and most of them are qualitative research,and the universality and objectivity of existing human capital stock measurement index not tall.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of human capital in China,this paper constructs the indicator system of health human capital based on the population structure prediction model.By using the new indicators to measure and assess the health human capital stock and flow,a more scientific analysis of Chinese labor market supply and demand structure and the impact of health human capital on the labor market.First,the paper takes the human capital of health as the research object,and defines the concept,connotation and characteristics of health human capital through literature analysis,expert interview and international comparison.Secondly,through Delphi method,factor analysis method and population structure prediction model,Construct the healthy human capital index system and analyze the stock of healthy human capital.Then,statistical analysis of China’s health human capital and labor market through the statistical analysis of SPSS and other statistical development status quo.Finally,on the basis of the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions on how to improve the stock of healthy human capital in China according to the present situation of labor market and health human capital in China.The innovation of this thesis is reflected in the following two aspects: Firstly,the concept and connotation of health human capital are redefined from the perspective of the impact of health human capital on the labor market.Based on the analysis,the author puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Second,we construct a reasonable and scientific index system of human capital by Delphi method,factor analysis and so on.This paper summarizes the present situation of labor market and health human capital in China,discusses the impact of health human capital on the labor market and provides suggestions on how to increase the stock of healthy human capital.
