| With the acceleration of urbanization,the number of urban migrants is also increasing,which brings more challenges to urban safety management.How to strengthen the management of the floating population,establish a unified information database of the floating population,collect the basic information and face photos of the floating population in the process of handling various affairs in real time,depict the moving track of the floating population,and provide the basic data for the investigation of the follow-up cases has become an urgent problem for the public security departments in the management of the floating population.The question of deciding.Aiming at the difficulty of migrant population management,this paper designs and implements a migrant population acquisition system based on face recognition technology.The main work of this paper includes:(1)Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation and shortcomings of floating population management,establishes the purpose of this study,and analyzes and designs the requirements of the information acquisition system of floating population based on face recognition.(2)The SSM framework is used to develop a mobile population information collection system based on face recognition,including system front end,intranet back-end system and external network back-end system.The system front-end includes PC-side person-to-person comparison,person-to-person comparison APP and person-to-person comparison.The internal network back-end system includes basic data management,population information query management,blacklist management,collection point management,data statistics,and system log.Other functions;external network background management includes basic data management and mobile terminal user management.Using the information collection system of floating population based on face recognition,we can establish a unified database of floating population portrait information,collect the face photos of the floating population in the process of handling various matters,and control the key groups in real time,so as to improve the public security organs’ ability to manage the floating population in a dynamic environment. |
