Competitive bodybuilding is a sport based on the shape and proportion of body muscles.With the continuous development of bodybuilding,the number of people participating in the competition is increasing.China’s bodybuilding has entered a high-speed development stage.Chinese bodybuilder Chen Kang won the fifth place in the Olympic bodybuilding competition in 2019,which greatly promoted the development of classical bodybuilding in China.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper makes an in-depth study on the training plan of classical bodybuilders before the competition.This paper explores the resistance training,nutrition intake,aerobic training and competition action training arrangement of high-level classical bodybuilders in pre competition training,summarizes the rules,and provides a perfect theoretical system for Chinese classical bodybuilders.The conclusions are as follows:1.The pre competition training of high-level classical bodybuilders can be divided into three stages: stable fat reduction stage,pre competition sprint stage and pre competition state adjustment stage,and the content of tasks in each stage and the time of each stage should be clear.2.When the high-level classical bodybuilders are in the resistance training before the competition,the choice of training action tends to be basic and effective,paying attention to the details of training action,carving out the details of muscle,and pursuing the body proportion and muscle shape with aesthetic feeling.Through some special strategies to make up for their own weak points,such as increasing the training frequency of vulnerable parts,strengthening the training of "consistent thinking and movement",to achieve a better sense of muscle pumping.3.The high-level classical bodybuilders’ aerobic training combined with resistance training to reduce fat before the competition,through HIIT,cycling,step machine or jogging and other ways to assist resistance training and nutrition intake to reduce fat together,so as to achieve the ideal physical condition.4.The proportion of nutrition intake of high-level classical bodybuilders is different in different stages.The range of protein intake is 2.3-3.1g/kg in each stage,while the proportion of carbohydrate and fat intake is adjusted according to the athletes’ own situation in different stages.In addition,various nutrition supplements such as branched chain amino acid and glutamine are used to supplement the needed nutrition,.5.Modeling is the only performance of bodybuilding.High level classical bodybuilders combine music,people and artistic factors to create a performance suitable for their own characteristics and in line with the classical bodybuilding project when they perform the required actions and free modeling training.6.The trend of training load change of high-level classical bodybuilders before competition is that the load quantity and load intensity increase continuously,and decrease greatly in the last stage before competition.In addition to shortening the interval time and increasing the training frequency,special bodybuilding training methods or modes,such as super group and giant group,are also used to improve the load intensity.
