| Research purposes: by setting the control group and experimental group of 16 Beijing sports university sports training professional badminton special students for six weeks to smash the ball with a forehand experimental research,observation on upper extremity strength training and general strength training,sports training in colleges and universities badminton special men athletes can smash the ball with a forehand technology,the influence of the badminton special regularity and characteristics of physical training,coaches and athletes to badminton provide more scientific and effective means of special technical training,improve professional and technical level of university badminton special student.Research methods: the research was divided into three stages.The first stage: literature and expert interview were adopted to understand the development law of the special strength of badminton players,the specific means and contents of the two strength training methods within six weeks,the factors affecting the quality of killing balls,and the evaluation indexes of killing balls under objective conditions.The second stage: 16 students from Beijing sport university majoring in sports training and badminton were selected as the experimental objects.They were tested on basic strength,sorted out their personal information,and conducted preliminary experiments to adjust and solve problems encountered in the testing process.Stage 3:16 athletes were randomly divided into general strength training group(control group)8 and upper limb strength training group(experimental group)8.The test was conducted before and after the six-week training.The test site of the experiment was chosen in the comprehensive hall of Beijing sports university.Two groups of testing sensors installed in the bottom of the badminton racket to badminton,16 athletes to smash the ball with a fixed point,and in the process of using the JVC high-speed hd sport camera video recording,editing and processing to the whole process of analysis,calculate the athletes before and after the experiment,to kill the ball movement speed,when the ball across the net and the average speed of the ball landing time,two groups of vertical comparison and horizontal comparison.Research results:1.After the six-week training intervention,the longitudinal comparison showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the test of the speed of killing the ball,the speed of shooting the ball,the average speed of the ball passing through the net after killing the ball,and the time of the ball landing after killing the ball(p<0.05).2.After the six-week training intervention,the horizontal comparison showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in terms of the test of the speed of killing the ball,the speed of shooting the ball,the average speed of the ball passing through the net after killing the ball,and the time of the ball landing after killing the ball(p<0.05).Research conclusions:1.Six weeks of upper body strength training and general strength training have a positive impact on the ball killing skills of the athletes,which is manifested in the improvement of the movement speed of the ball killing,the speed of the hand,the average speed of the ball when it crosses the net,and the reduction of the ball landing time.2.Six weeks of upper body strength training improved the speed of the ball,the speed of the shot,the average speed of the ball passing the net and the time of the ball landing better than the general strength training. |
