Objective: Exploring whether the stimulation of different load intensities can induce the post activation enhancement effect to have a significant impact on the specific movement ability of fencers, and which load intensities are more significant at which intermittent time point to improve the specific movement ability of fencers, and to summarize a new warm-up method to provide reference for the following fencing training or pre competition preparation activities and injury prevention And reference. Methods: 12 male in training modern pentathletes with an average age of 18 years old were given barbell half squat exercises of 70% 1RM and 90% 1RM with different load intensities respectively. The two load intensities required to complete 5 groups,1time in each group and 1 minute interval in each group, and the results were different in the 3rd,6th,9th,12 th and 15 th minutes after the training At the interval time point, the athletes were tested for the specific movement ability of fencing such as "one step lunge","2-4-2 lunge turn back" and "ACL injury risk assessment".Results: 1.After 90% 1RM load intensity half squatting training, the time of "one step lunge" was significantly reduced compared with that measured before the experiment at the 6th and 9th minutes after the interval(P < 0.05).Two After 90% 1RM load intensity half squatting training, the time of "2-4-2 lunge turn back" of subjects decreased significantly compared with that measured before the experiment at the 6th,9th and 12 th minutes after the interval(P < 0.05).After 70% 1RM load intensity half squatting training, the time of "2-4-2 lunge turn back" of subjects decreased significantly compared with that measured before the experiment at the 3rd,6th and9 th minutes after the interval, and at the 6th and 9th minutes of the same interval At the same time,90% 1RM was more effective than 70% 1RM(P < 0.05).3."ACL injury risk assessment" found that the LSI index of "six meter jump with one leg timing" increased significantly in the 6th and 9th minutes after the interval(P < 0.05),and there was no difference between the groups. There was no significant difference between the groups in the six minutes after the interval(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Both medium and high load intensities half squat training can induce the post activation enhancement effect, which has a positive effect on the specific movement ability of long-distance fencing lunge. However, half squat training with high load intensity is more conducive to arousing the excitement of athletes and improving their specfic movement ability of fencing lunge, which is suitable for athletes’ training or pre competition preparation activities.2.The post activation effect induced by the half squat training with two kinds of load intensity can effectively improve the symmetry of athletes’ lower extremity movement function and help to prevent sports injury. Therefore,it is suggested to use middle load training in the physical training class for the purpose of sports injury protection.3.The enhanced effect of post activation induced by 6-9 minutes after weight-bearing half squat training can significantly improve the ability of fencing specfic movement, and can more effectively prevent lower extremity injury,This period is more suitable as a warm-up window before training.
